The lenses and frames are seriously overpriced even with the “40%” discount. I did get a great eye exam, but went elsewhere for my glasses and saved hundreds of dollars

We went to Pearl Vision in Eastgate and we worked with Brandy. My daughter has never tried contacts before so she had to practice. Brandy was super patient and helpful. Dealing with an 11 year old daughter is not easy and she was super patient and informative while helping her! Definitely would recommend her to anyone! She was very, very nice and easy to talk to! We will be back in a week or so to work more with Brandy on the contacts! Thanks again Brandy! If you need someone. She’s your girl!

The manager Brandi and all the staff are amazing. They were all compassionate, respectful, and professional and I left the store with exactly what I wanted. I got an exam done and ended up purchasing blue light glasses for when I work on the computer. I feel that the staff really make or break an experience or store branch and as long as these ladies are working here, I’ll be coming back!
Most of you were nice and patient with rude customers but the girl with the red hair was rude and said "i wanna stab him" thats TOO far
