Pebble Brooke Apartments, Milford OH

They show a nice pool on there webpage well guess what they close the pool anytime they want, every other day we’re getting some excuse of why the pool is closed. They opened the pool a month late also, I’ve lived here 3 yrs and this is the first year it’s been opened. We pay our rent to have access to a pool and the management decides when they wanna open it, it’s ridiculous. A lot of kids around here aren’t supervised and do whatever they want including breaking the backboard to the basketball court so now that can’t be used. The playgrounds are also old and breaking so the kids were told to not play on those too. The grounds usually have trash everywhere as well. Don’t recommend moving here!

Tried to go to the pool with some friends, (friends that live and pay rent here) and lady (apparently leasing agent) came over with an attitude questioning if we lived here, who are we, how old are we, and when we said our ages asked for ids (me being youngest at 18 then 20,29) proceeded to ask for ids and when said why don’t have too and I don’t have it, said “I’m the leasing agent so you do or get out of the pool and not come back” and proceeded to say we needed to be with a resident, then to later we looked at rules on board as leaving and said as long as over 16 we do not have to be with a resident. Overall very bad experience and very rude leasing agent

Been here almost five years and love it, office ladies are wonderful and mantanance is on top of everything. The grounds are kept beautiful along with a gorgeous pool and gym, the location is near everything, what else could you ask for in a home?

UPDATE: We are now 4 1/2 years of living here and we still love the place. Office and maintenance staff are excellent. Very responsive and friendly. Neighbors are polite and considerate. Very happy!
