Could not have hoped for a better purchase experience with Keith and Nancy at Pedego e-Bikes Peninsula OH. Go there, get to know them, tell them what you need/want, and you'll probably walk away happy. I did!

I purchased my e-bike from Pedago. I liked the options available for bikes. The knowledge of the staff was impressive. The 5 year warranty on Pedago e-bikes speaks of the quality of their product. Update 6 months later is that the follow-up service has been terrible. I requested to speak with owner to resolve issues with no luck. As much as I love my bike, I would not purchase a bike from this store again.

I just got my free 100 mile inspection done on my Ridge Rider this week. After riding on the Columbia River shoreline in Oregon, off roading in Wyoming and the Lake Erie coast, they got me back on the trail fast and gave me tips to help me continue the adventure!

Very good service. Please wipe the grease off of the seat adjustment, it's messy & the seat slides down.
