They never pick up the phone (thats the only way to make appointments) or have same day appointments, they just ask you to go to the urgent care.

The ladies at the front are not welcoming at all, they don't even greet you. I always walk to the check in machine.

I can't say we have ever been treated poorly by any of the staff. We've never had to wait long to schedule an appointment or to be seen upon arrival. What we have experienced is lack of treatment for things we were there to seek treatment for. They were very patient in listening to our concerns and somewhat thorough in the exams but nothing in the way of after or continuing care. No plan, no specialist referral, no follow-up appointment. I know in my minute knowledge of medicine that my child needs care for her issues and just talking about the symptoms will not make it go away. I am currently looking for another physician or PA that specializes in spectrum and behavioral disorders as well as physical well-being.

I absolutely love this doctors office. We’ve been in few too many times for one illness and ear infection after another. I’ve hardly ever had a long wait; and the nurse practitioners are in & out. I will say we’ve never seen one of the actual docs because we just haven’t needed too, but I’m completely fine seeing an NP. All very kind. We’ve seen Leann & Skyler — both amazing! Our family highly recommends.

I clearly should have read reviews before coming here and I would’ve known how bad of a place this is. They denied future services to my child because I made a personal choice of not injecting something foreign inside of my child’s body. They told me that my child can no longer be seen in their office because I didn’t do what I wanted them to do. Craziest experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office and I feel discriminated against. I gladly left and I’m happy not to go back but for people that care about their children don’t go here at all because if you have an opinion about your own child, they may kick you out and you won’t be welcomed anymore.

Our first visit with our twins was a big red flag! 3 days out of the hospital for their first check up, they did not tell us their weight or any of their measurements, and they did not give us any paperwork regarding our first visit. For our second visit I had to ask for them to give me paperwork, and no follow up appointment was made. I had called last week due to my twins being fussy after a bottle, called at 1pm and they did not return my call until 5: 05- AFTER they were closed that day telling me to simply take them to urgent care cause they were closed. Would not recommend this office! Horrible staff and very unprofessional.

They do not turn on phones during regular scheduled hours. There is no way to get ahold of them.

They never answer the phones. And if they do you can't make any appointments. No sick appointments or well checks.

This has been my sons doctors office for over 14 years. Dr Rogers was his primary care physician and you honestly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Now, you can’t get in for an appointment. I have been told to go to urgent care no matter what the issue was. My son had a pretty serious intestinal issue which I told the office about and they still suggested urgent care, who then wouldn’t see him because he needed to be seen and tested by a physician. I have tried multiple times since to get him seen and I just get told to keep calling back for an appointment or go to urgent care (even though they know urgent care cannot do the required tests). It seems like they are terribly understaffed and the receptionists have gotten quite rude as well. Possibly due to the understaffing. Either way, I would seriously consider looking for a physician elsewhere. The drive to Dayton is worth saving the headache, that is what we are choosing to do.

My children have been patients at pediatrics since they were both new born which has been over a decade. I recently took my child in for a sick visit and was told that by the doctor that he thinks it's a viral infection. My child has had this on going issue for 6 months now in which the doctor was informed but he did not show any concern whatsoever. We were rushed out of the office and was told to give my child over the counter medication. Please be aware when taking your child here because I'd advise that no patient should be seen by the new male doctor. You'd be better off going to urgent care if that tells you anything. WARNING DO NOT SEE DR. VERMA

I called to schedule a visit for my son to have a rash on his arm examined. He is an established patient and we love his doctor. I was told that they couldn’t see me today and they refused to schedule an appointment for a future day. I was told to keep calling back until a same day appointment was available. The whole situation is ridiculous. The office staff is rude and condescending often leaving you on hold for upwards of an hour.
