Matt Zervos guided us through the purchase of the Impervia fiberglass line of windows and we choose the black powder coated inside and outside ones and we could not be happier with them. Needed a new door due to defective product. Installation guy was awesome— customer service (Jennifer) was horrible. No follow up/ escalation etc by the business when they measured wrong. Took from July 2022 (February 2nd) to today to get my door. No empathy from her. They’re lucky their installation team is top notch.
