Pence Brothers did an amazing job. They did a full roof replacement and redid the siding on our entire house. They were fast, clean and extremely professional. The work performed was very high quality. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Had exterior Brick siding removed and Vinyl siding put up. New glass block. Superior work. Left nothing for me to clean up or remove. Highly recommend. All employees were very professional and hard workers.

This is a local company to Jackson Township! They are very reputable! I had an issue where I had lightning strike my home and they were out instantly to assess the damages. They worked great with my insurance company. They were able to do my repairs in a timely manner and did an amazing job! Just recently I had an issue with some facia and soffit come off my home and they were out basically the next day doing the repair. Highly recommend them you can even use my name that you saw it from because I will guarantee you will love that Work!

I was recently going to give them a bad review with low stars for the eye sore that they have created on Massillon Rd, but it would appear that they are finally cleaning it up. I guess all that's left is for them do do something to prevent all of their tear off trash and debris left inside of open trailers from blowing into the woods and neighbors yards behind them.

After a poor experience with another contractor, I reached out to Pence Bros. Jermey was extremely responsive, professional, and well versed. Pence Bros re-sided my house + a few extras and it looks amazing! The crew that was on site was great - very respectful of the property and accommodating. They did it the "right way", making needed repairs along the way. I appreciate the work this team did and will enjoy it for years to come!

I can't say enough about this amazing team of men. They were on time, every time, and did what they said they would do with no surprises. Their workers were all skilled team players, jumping to go the extra mile especially when hidden problems emerged. John and Jeremy and Dan were all very polite and respectful and worked with insurance to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. I had them do more work than what insurance covered because their rates were very competitive for what I needed.
They set the bar of excellence in contracting to a whole new level. I would recommend these professionals to anyone and would most definitely hire them again.

We are boomers, so this ain’t our first rodeo with painting and roofing and basement repair companies. My significant other had siding put on her “older” house in Cuyahoga Falls by the Pence Bros. If you are reading this then there is no need to look any further. Seriously, this company by far, is the BEST! The crew that arrived was very professional and courteous and respectful and personable and the house looks frickin awesome! The attention to detail was very impressive. Let me say that again with feeling! THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE! Not something you see much of any more. The window trim and the electrical outlet trim and the screened patio trim is exceptional! They replaced the screening and enclosed the posts with the siding trim! The crew was “clean cut” and very conscientious about their work. Not to mention it was below freezing. We really can’t say enough good things about them! You will not be disappointed! I called on a Monday and he was out to look at my roof by Wednesday afternoon. Once again, I have to commend Pence Brothers for a job well done. I called on them again after doing a major renovation at my home, to re-roof my father's house and to repair significant damage to my sister's house from a fallen tree.
