Penn Station East Coast Subs reviews
11After living on the east coast these subs take me back there The Philly cheese steak is dead on, try the fries Great!
They have good cheese steaks better than any other place I know, if you go there just give the philly cheese steak chance
Food is always delicious. The guys that worked when I went in were very nice and super friendly.
Chicken teriyaki sandwich and fries made for an awesome lunch. Mushrooms, sauteed onions and a little mayo make this a great alternative to the steak sandwiches. The staff were friendly and made my order perfectly. Highly recommended!
My wife and I typically love Penn Coast, so we thought to give this local branch a try today for lunch. The Italian is our go to, so we got 2. When we got home and took the sandwiches out of the bag, we had to get paper towels to soak up all the liquid that was seeping out of the sandwich wrappers. When we opened them we had to grab plates and clean out counter from all the dressing they drenched the sandwiches in. They were so soaked, both were almost totally inedible. Neither of us could finish ours due to how absolutely drenched they were. The bread (which is usually pretty tough) was totally soggy and falling apart. I literally rang my sandwich out like a wet cloth on to my plate, not sure what the person making those sandwiches was thinking by doing that.
My wife came in before closing and ordered 2 sandwiches. When she brought the sandwiches home, mine was wrong. So I attempted to call back around 745 last night, knowing they close at 8 to speak to a manager. No one answered the phone so there was no resolution. Called back the following day to see if I could get the issue resolved and the manager told me I had to have the sandwich in order to get it replaced, the receipt was not enough.
Food is phenomenal. Me and my girls top food places definitely. Though the girl that ran front taking orders had an attitude.
I took a friend out to lunch. She has 4 kids, still breastfeeding the 6 month old. She never gets out unless she's grocery shopping, Dr visits, ect! She is from Oregon so she kept talking about the Great Steak and Fry Co. And how much she missed and loved their food! I remember eating at the one in the mall when I was younger and it was Really good. Just a little bland sometimes so I'd have to dress it up. So I took her to Penn Station and she ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Best she's ever had! So thank you Penn Station Fields Ertel/Mason (?) for an amazing lunch on our girls day out! The Philly Cheese Steaks Are the Most Amazibg thing ever! We/I will definitely be back!
The sandwiches had hardly any meat on it. Asked for fries with no salt they were covered in salt and cold. The girl taking order was rude like she didn't want to be there.
The food was great, perfect portion for lunch, your full but not miserable. Meaning after you smash a Philly Cheese, and fries. You can go back to work with out a food comma.
OMG! It would not be a visit when I am in town without going here! The manager knows my mom by name! It is sooo great - This is just the best place - they treat you so awesome! My nephew loves this place. Sandwiches are the best and best service.
