Good staff at this Penn Station. I couldn't get a code working online and they honored it over the phone. Friendly in store and make that solid Penn Station food you already know is good.

Order made quickly and correctly what else could you ask for? Clean store and easy parking maybe. No problem they got it!

They have the best Reubens at a great price most people were doing carryout and the dining room is empty so I sat down and ate my sandwich in peace the staff is always very polite and efficient.

Ordered carryout, one half of half my sub was missing. Sooo I don't know what happened there. Then other items I ordered were also missing. Really disappointed because I hadn't eaten all day and was looking forward to this meal. Thanks

Was at the cupcake place one of the few places to find gluten free cupcakes
And the people there are real nice

We dined in here today with some family and the service was great. Our only critique is that even for dine in they put your food in a bag to go.other than this great food!

The food is good, but the tables really should be cleaned periodically. When we were there, there were 3 (self-proclaimed) "managers" and another employee (who was awesome!) with maybe 3 customers sitting down, so it wasn't super busy. Someone should have wiped some tables down. Also, one of the "managers" (the only female one there) was extremely rude to the employee. Ugh. Not professional at all.

Food was outstanding as usual. I had an issue with receipt. Manager was able to refund my credit card payment back to a cash receipt for business purposes. This was done in very speedy manor and no hesitation on his part. Thank you for wonderful Customer Service.

Friendly folks, great comfort food. Not the cheapest, but the best. And free mini-cookies one day a week!

Extremely clean restaurant veggie sub could have had a few more veggies french fries were burnt

The food was good as expected. Friendly servers. Only thing was I had to move chairs out of the walking path to get to a seat (while carrying my tray). They just need to be more attentive to when and how customers leave their tables.

Service is lacking. Not friendly. Last few times I came in the manager was short with not only employees, but customers as well. Makes me not want to return. Food was okay. Maineville location has more consistent quality.

This was my first time going there and I was very pleased with the taste and was very happy with how quick we got our food!
