Penn Station East Coast Subs, Cincinnati OH

Horrible service all around! Upon placing my order the girl taking it was talking over me asking me questions as I was trying to tell her what I wanted. My sandwich sat at the end of the oven for several minutes as a pan of bread came out of the oven and rolled onto my sandwich! Once your sandwich comes from the oven it’s an additional 10 minutes to get your fries! The jerk who I believe was the manager was extremely sarcastic as I questioned the amount of time that I had to wait for my complete order Very dirty dining room and it was only 11: 30 am! I will never spend another dime at this location and Highly Recommend that you don’t either!

It’s usually quiet when I come in just a few people so I’m expecting my order to be good as there was noone ahead of me. I got chicken ter with my specifics but when i get home to eat no oregano… ok no red onion ok… then you added banana peps which I specifically asked you NOT to put on so and I explained then mgmt asked if I still had the receipt which is fine but went on to give me a credit that came with an ultimatum of picking up the food the next day! She was like what time will you be here? ! I live in St. Bernard and was out there with a friend who was shopping. I’m grieving my brother that passed whos birthday it was and just wanted a bite to eat. I made my kids food and went to bed hungry. Today I’m still feeling sad I can’t make it. Here’s the proof you so desperately wanted. These pics should’ve been sent via email instead the public now knows how hard it is for this staff to chop food into small pieces (which we all know isnt rocket science) To your entire staff- Please stop getting high at work (ITS SHOWING) some of you can’t do your job. To everyone else go to Clifton or College Hill they’re the best anyways.

Fast and efficient. In and out with a great sandwich for lunch. Glad I went there going back soon!

Everytime I try to order online after 7pm it wont let me. Extremely frustrating as I used to come here 3 or 4 times a week. So I try calling and they dont pick up. I literally have to take my lunch early to be able to eat here which the company I work for dislikes. I thought it was 10pm close?

The food is great but...

With all of the equipment and fans running, the employees wearing a mask and wearing a mask myself, it's impossible to place an order without yelling.

The tables and food trays were very sticky, as if they haven't been washed in weeks.

Good food, nice workers, overall no complaints with the place. It wasn't too busy, and it was nice to stop by and eat the food.

Me n my coworker came here for lunch one day he ordered a Philly n this is what he got. He couldn’t even eat his lunch because it was straight mush. We called n couldn’t get ahold of anyone at all. Really disappointed.

My husband and I went to Penn Station the other night and got a couple chicken teriyaki subs and a small fry to go and it was sooo good! We havent ate there in probably over a year and it really hit the spot. Not to mention, the employees were on it! Made our subs to order and to perfection and did it all in a kind and courteous manner. 5 Plus Stars as always thank you Penn Station!

I just went to Penn Station on Kemper near Tri-County, today is Monday August 9,2021, it was about 5: 00pm, or a little before. There were 2 guys working, 1 on register and the other cooking, these sandwiches that we got were horrible! I couldn't even eat 1 half of my sandwich, and the same goes for my mother, she said hers was so salty that it was awful. I don't know what happened because we got sandwiches from the exact same Penn Station last Sunday and they were sooo good. These 2 sandwiches that we paid $18.00 for were so bad I didn't even feed the rest to my 2 dogs! We will NEVER EVER GO BACK from now on we will stick to Subway! Which by the way I have NEVER gotten a bad sandwich from Subway!

Just walked right in, ordered a Reuben sandwich and they made it fresh to order with a side of fresh sliced French fries.

The employees here have a double standard with enforcing the mask policy. A customer walked in without a mask on while an associate didn't have their mask up over their face they proceeded to tell the customer to leave if they weren't going to wear a mask. All while another employee behind the counter was also not wearing a mask over their face. Double standard much? Practice what you preach is all i'm saying.

My friend's sandwich was so wet it almost fell out of his bag. Both of our fries were dark and not fresh. The team is friendly, but that doesn't make up for poor quality food. This is not the only location with sub par food. We always say, it just depends on who's in the kitchen as to the quality of food you will receive.

Lately been consistently disappointed with my food. Either a condiment is missing on the sandwich or there’s too much of another. Today my Classic Italian had just an insane amount of salt on it, it was inedible. The fries, on the other hand, had no salt on them whatsoever. They salted my sandwich, which was already loaded with super salty meats as it was Italian, but not my fries? Probably not gonna come back
