Penn Station East Coast Subs reviews
24 This place is a disaster. Incompetent employees, dirty restaurant. Will never return.
Negative stars are necessary.
If I could give negative stars for this location, I would. Consistent disappointment here, I do not recommend you go to at this location! The shift manager (short lady) so rude and told me don’t come back if you want! I will I will sharing this on Facebook & Instagram with public and my friends.
June 14,2021 after 5pm.
Always a delight.
However, if you order extra meat/cheese/mushrooms make sure you check it before you leave. There's a tendency to short your sandwich with pickup orders.
Takeout via in store, online or phone. Masks and distancing mandatory. Great food, clean store. Friendly staff
Shop cleanliness was zero. Not a clean establishment, management not properly wearing mask, food was horribly made and disappointing. 2 stars just because the fries tasted decent
This facility is absolutely dirty always however I usually overlook it just because its the closest to my house and the Italian sub is literally one of my favorite foods in life. This time though they made my sandwich so poorly, toppings everywhere, meat only halfway cooked, and the people working really just weren't that pleasant, not rude but definitely not pleasant.
Food was good. What seating there was looked clean, however it was sticky to the touch, as was the floor. For a Grandview restaurant, I would expect a cleaner, more enjoyable environment. The back entrance always smells musty, however is not part of PS, but is still connected.
This team is always on it, they work well together and it's always a positive atmosphere. They've set up a good safe place to grab a meal during the virus. Great fresh food, whoever's running this place has hired and trained a great group of people!
Great fries! I always put salt and vinegar on mine. Usually I order the cheese steak sandwich wich is always delicious
Spent $25 on two subs and fries to go tonight. One sandwich had no toppings, fries were soggy ball of grease. It's sad, Penn Station is my favorite!
Be prepared to wait for a fantastic sub. Also, they need to teach their cashier staff how the customer app is used to earn rewards.
This is my FAVORITE Penn Station! The staff is always nice and the food is always great! I have tried all the subs (at some point), but my "go to" sub is the Philly cheese steak.
A onion sandwich with steak, when I thought I ordered a steak sandwich. I could definitely see the onions with bits of steak on a doughy tasting half cooked roll. Terrible! I will not frequent this location again.
The floor was sticky, the booths and tables were sticky. My fries were delivered 10 minutes after my sandwiches. There was an employee walking through the restaurant yelling loudly on her phone. Terrible experience.
It was a first time visit for my three helpers. The staff on duty were patient and helpful. Subs wereall made to order. Fries were great. Long time since I jave been to this location. Don't get that direction much. As a restaurant owner it is always nice to find food and service on point.
Hot fresh subs are fantastic! Fresh fries with vinegar and ketchup are the way to go!
Not to mention an Arnold Palmer with their homemade lemonade!
One of the best sub places in Columbus. Sandwiches are great, fries are always nice and golden brown, and their lemonade is tasty.
Good fries (peanut oil) - I get them with no salt and dip them in spicy mustard. Vegan sammy option: frilled artichoke, add shrooms, sans mayo, parm & (cow) cheese. Lemonade made in house (no ice, NO STRAW for the animals!)
Thanks for the cold greasy fries you let me "keep" while remaking the cheese steak you put mustard on. Nasty. Never coming back. Couldn't even give me fresh fries after waiting
