Penn Station East Coast Subs, Cincinnati OH

Dirty store ant the sandwich was ridulicus, the cheesy bread was a bun with melted cheese. Looks like the owner had 1 onion a few tomatoes and potatoes and a few green peppers the lettuce was old and ancient. I wouldve took it back but I was too far down the highway and Mexicans not giving nothing back. But it was an experience hopefully they get it together I spent 25.00 and had to put it in trash. I was so disappointed at the time because I'm thinking I'm about to eat something good and didn't even take a bit out the sanwhich.
But the Bathroom was clean.

I will never order from this location again. Staff is disgustingly rude. They refused to give me my full order. And what they did give me didn’t even have anything on it but lettuce and a tomato slice. And when I called about it, after the 7th time, the girl answered the phone saying “sperm bank, we pack it and ship it”. I responded saying I know this is Penn station and she hangs up on me. I have never in my life dealt with worse service at any business. I will never again patron this location. It should be closed permanently. And to the girl who answered the phone saying that bulls***, I can see why that’s where you work, uneducated, ignorant, piece of trash.

The whole crew and the manager/owner need to go‍️ when I walked in I could see everyone outside smoking, I'm pretty sure they didn't was their hands before returning to work. I know I couldn't wash my hands after using their bathroom only reason I stopped at this one was that it's on my way to work, about to find a new way in lol.

The manager there have a big mouth… he called me a thief, for no reason, if he grew up like that, that's his problem. But he doesn't have to call people thieves, when he's known me for 10 seconds… I already contacted the customer service…

Normally I enjoy the experience but this time wasnt so good.bruh i can wait another 2 minutes for some fresh crispy fries. I dont ever need folks to rush to give me raw food.that's bad service young man.i know you thought you was tryna hurry.but there's no need to get anyone sick off some half cooked food. Common sense should tell you that.
Very disappointed when I tasted the fries and threw them away driving home.

Place was dirty the guy making the sandwich very very ugly mouth lack of education I guess was it a good example to the young folks

I have a feeling people don't use this location often just because it sits back where you don't notice it and everytime I go no matter the time or day it's never but 1 or 2 people eating in, however this location is great. The staff is always super friendly. Service is fast as can be considering everything is made to order. No bad experience here! If your in the mood for an Eastchester sub and your in the area check them out!

The cashier and cook were very friendly! I got a Regular Cheesestake and Fries and they were delicious!

Under staffed but made sure my order was hot, fresh, and quick. Highly recommend. Managment was great. Thanks for the great service.

Was very disappointed they didn't have any lemonade made that is one of the best parts of the meal without it, it's not the same

This Penn station either needs new management or needs to be shut down completely, the attitudes from the whole staff are almost unbelievable at this point. When you walk in you just feel the negativity in the atmosphere, not only that but they do not believe in wearing hair nets. The guy taking my order did not want to be at the establishment at all, it was to the point where I was willing to just walk out and not place an order at that point. I will rather drive an extra 5 minutes to another establishment then to deal with this location.

Tried to call this place numerous amount of times and nobody answered. Walked in to order my food. Got in and "called again" workers turned the ringer off. Best part is, the were no customers in the restaurant. Worst customer service in the city.

This location has some rude staff! It was 3 men working when we went and all 3 were unfriendly and I almost walked out because of it. No manners, no greetings. Just "what do you want" I give my order and when asked the size I said the medium and the guy snapped at me listing the exact size (I think 6,9,12) he could've easily said ok so 9, but no he was rude about it. He and another staff member then started arguing in front of us customers. 10 minutes go by, I still don't have food they're still bickering back and forth. Another customer entered, got no greeting, stood there for 5 minutes and left. No one ever said a word to him. They finally call my name and shove the food bag at all with some force.
Got home (5 minute drive) food is all soggy and not made how I ordered it. Fries were just disgusting, soggy and limp. Thank goodness I was able to fix it up a bit at home but I shouldn't have had to!

Their ordering system is always down, phone system is always down, when everything does work they never answer the phone. No matter what day I call to place an order there is always an excuse as to why they can't take an order.

Straight Ghetto staff, rude and lazy. TV was blaring so loud you could barely order. Sandwiches were absolute trash. The fries were like chopped up left overs. Penn station is usually good. The staff here ruined this location. Go to another one. This one isn't worth it.

We arrived at 5: 30 pm and the doors were locked. There is one employee standing in there yelling through the glass that they are closed.
