Penn Station East Coast Subs, Cleveland OH

Pre-Ordered a catered lunch for about 20 people. The food was very well prepared and tasted great! The employees were super helpful and provided outstanding customer service

First time I ever heard of this place. It's got great food, and pretty quick service. Great spot for quick food.

Slow slow service. Michaela is highly unprofessional and rude. Ordered a sandwich 20 minutes later it's still not started. But they sure got time to make each other onion flowers though. Trash.
Asked for a refund didn't get it.

Charged me twice from my card for a single sandwich of 12.49$.
When I called back to say that they charged me twice, the lady manager told me to call back cuz they are super busy, I said back to her ''are you serious? '' She answered to me with ''YES'' and she hanged off the phone.
I had to go at the bank to report for a dispute back of that amount, not to mention that they even closed my card for that and I have now to wait for a new one.
I'll never step inside of this place ever again,
disgusting people, no respect for the customer at all, a garbage lady.
I can't believe what kind of people are serving you food today.
Save your time, save your money and go somwhere else please.

Go anywhere else instead it’s not worth it. Waited 30 minutes for my order to be wrong. Lesson learnt.

Food is amazing prices are absolutely terrible for a normal sub fries and drink ur looking at least 15$ this place is good but it isn't worth over 30 bucks for 2 for just subs and undercooked fries!

I am a huge philly cheese steak fan. I ate one here and it was really good. Great place to eat if you need something quick while on the go.

Never had to wait that long for a sub from and of the other Penn Stations. It's clear they're having staffing problems. Probably should offer better pay. And my BLT was pretty bad.

I got a cheese steak and personally I didn't like it two flavorful.i mean to say heavily over seasoned!

I purchased three steak subs from Penn Station.
All three sandwiches were filled with mushrooms and onions, barely any meat. I will never buy from again. Terrible!
