Penn Station East Coast Subs reviews
17Just rude, I walked in just to look at the menu real quick. The one guy with dark hair dine-in take-out I said take out then he's going to ask me my name and all's I said was please hold on one second he's going to storm off with an attitude and Mumble something all because I asked for one second, and then after I placed my order the girl seemed kind of standoffish and rude too.like I just walked in to get some food to go I don't understand what the problem is the only nice person was the blond/red hair guy.then you have a hiring sign out front? I wouldn't recommend it ️
Good, hot food. Employees were pleasant. Clean store. 2 complaints: the cut of my sandwich. Really? And my chicken cordon Bleu had no lettuce, tomato.
Friendly service and great sandwiches! I recommend the Grilled Italian! The flavor is incredible
By far the worst food I’ve received from a Penn Station location last night. Couldn’t even eat my food due to an allergy with mushrooms, after clearly stating no mushrooms. The cheese wasn’t even melted & there was barely any chicken on the subs! My whole order was rushed, literally a waste of money! Horrible experience
I usually eat here once a week, and my order is always correct and great. I generally order online and its always ready when I drive in a few minutes later. It's my favorite sandwich shop in the area.
Cheese steak wrap is the size of an egg roll for $9.50. This is the only location that rips you off like this! Other locations actually give you a full size wrap!
It's been hit and miss here. Guess it all depends on who's making the sandwiches.
Quality, Freshness is on Point! Can't go wrong ordering the Philly Cheese Steak or the Chicken Cordon Bleu. (Hubby thinks there's not enough meat in it, but I think it's just fine)
My issue, I do have to get no Mayo on my Cold Classic Italian, because my first sub was Swimming in it. And the Turkey and Avocado, had to search for the it, the Avocado was MIA.
The people were nice but this is the only Penn Station I've ever gone to that did not season their chicken! My chicken Philly was fresh, hot, and bland!
Didn’t change her gloves after wiping down stuff with a rag after touching the register just Disgusting train your people better to many germs to be playing with peoples food
Didn't order peppers, but I got them. Also got mustard and didn't order that too. Good effort, but missed the mark a bit on my order
My new regular. I'm doing the keto diet and they can make any sub on a salad. They did a hot Philly cheese steak on a salad and add whatever veggies you want also, and it was the best thing I've ever eaten- super juicy and cheesy plus veggies, you can't go wrong with that. Also the staff have always been super kind and welcoming, and there's been different people the times I went. 5 stars.
Order was completely wrong and due to allergies I couldn't eat the sandwiches I paid nearly $50 for but the pizza bread was alright.
The staff is so nice and the store is very clean. The manager was awesome and discounted my bf sub for his bday. Definitely will go back.
Been to this location 3 times now and I’m thinking this is the last time. It’s the owner himself, always has an attitude. Like the type that he is above you. Don’t know what his deal is, gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking it was probably a bad day that day, but I’m guessing that’s not the case. They lost my business and I’ll drive to the next Penn Station from now on. If he doesn’t like working in a sandwich shop, he shouldn’t be here. Never had a problem with any of the other employees, just the manager himself
Love going to Penn Station on Pearl RD. Very clean store very courtesy workers Excellent sandwich
If you like tomatoes on your club sandwich, don't come here. On my most recent visit, the slices of tomato on my sandwich were so tiny, and the sandwich was so dry, it was pitiful.
