Penn Station East Coast Subs, Cincinnati OH

Waited 30 mins for my order. Then was told that my order was done ten minutes prior but nobody came when they called my name. But I was sitting right in front of where they handed the food out and nobody ever called my name. I think they might have just called the wrong name. But everybody swore that the whole store called out my name and unison at the same time when the food was up. And they pulled my food off the top of some equipment. I just recommend going to another location, stuff like this is habitually done at this location.
