Hidden in the plaza across from the hospital. Didn't realize there was a PS in Willoughby. Yeppie, best fries and Lemonade. Thanks Penn Station

I drove in the hard rain for 15 minutes to get 3 chicken Philly meals. I started eating my sandwich after I got home and realized I was eating a lot of bread. I opened it up and for a large sandwich the portion of the meat and vegetables didn’t add up. The customer service was good but I will not be returning to that location.

I gave them a call and a man named joe answered the phone and I was requesting assistance from last week because they left out my sandwich and fry which is understandable due to my 70 dollar order but I wasn’t able to make it back the next day for my coupon and I’m just back in this area for work then joe lies and says he just looked into it and said we had our order and In fact looked in the bag but that is a lie because I ordered for other people so I wouldn’t have opened it and then he proceeded to get rude and accuse me of lying and hung up on me so I will be have bad comments on joe to anyone wondering on social media because this type of Behavior is not adult like.

The cashier had something on her mouth. I told her it was there. She wiped it off with her hands and didn't wash her hands. She just continued to put gloves on. The manager wiped his nose with the back of his hands with gloves on. Very unsanitary. Not one employee washed their hands. This is why people stay sick. This will be my last time at this place.

I work less than a mile from this location so it's a go to most times. Quick response and welcome when I walked in the door. No one was in a hurry to move me through the line. The order took less than 10 minutes to place, prepare and pay. I only have half an hour for lunch so this was a pleasant surprise to get done so fast. I was able to get there, order and get back to work and still have a few minutes to eat and not feel rushed.

One of the most uncomfortable experiences that I have EVER had while ordering from a fast food location / restaurant. Point blank, the staff overall, wasn't rude! Nor did they make me feel uncomfortable. Until, the "Manager" screamed @ me & made a scene, after I realized that $5~ was too much for French-Fries. This was one of my first times coming to Penn Station, at least in recent years! (I have been a Vegetarian for over a year! & I was curious if Penn Station offered any Vegan/Vegetarian Meat Options! (They did not.) But, overall, I can't even be bothered to write a proper review. This place & my experience was THAT bad. Do not come here. Just don't. My recommendation? Invent time-travel & go to Subway's Hay-Day instead! It'd make more sense & would be more convenient for you & your appetite/stomach!

Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the WORST restaurant I've ever been to. So, again I was dragged to a restaurant by my bestie. I had already written off Penn Station bc of a past experience of frozen fries and hadn't eaten it in years.but my bestie wanted a sub and chose Penn Station. Our associate wasn't friendly but wasn't rude. The woman after him on the line, that I came to find out was the manager was also unfriendly. I ordered my usual*, a chicken philly. I told them exactly what I wanted on it as a particular eater would. Ordered fries. Waited until I got home to eat. Although I had specified what I wanted on my sandwich, I found cheese on it - I'll accept some responsibility, I should've explicitly said no cheese instead of thinking I was clear about what I wanted on my sandwich. But that was no excuse for how salty this sandwich was. It was like they layered it with salt just as they did cheese. It was unedible. I was very hungry and borderline hangry so I called to complain. I shared my displeasure but before I could get my whole complaint out the manager interrupted and that she was there and chastised me saying that I should've said I didn't want cheese. She said that the most she could do would be to give me a free 6inch sub although I ordered a larger sandwich. I told her that was unacceptable so she had me call back to speak to a higher level manager, Joe I believe. Although I knew I wasn't going to eat there again, it was the principle and I could offer the freebie to my bestie that seemed to be okay with his sandwhich or another friend (after sharing my experience). After trying several times I finally spoke to Joe who was immediately defensive, arguing the same points as the manager. I wasn't going to argue bc either you're going to replace it or you're not. He said he would but went on to say that he's losing money and said other things I don't think should be discussed with a customer. 2 weeks later my friend wanted to eat out so I offered my replacement sandwich if they wanted it bc I had made up in my mind it would only be to avoid death that I would eat at Penn Station again. I step up to the counter, the associate was friendly but after waiting for her to speak with someone about the replacement another woman came up very unfriendly and unprofessional (ghetto) and says that she talked to the manager and he said bc it's not written down he can't replace my sandwich. I repeatedly ask her to speak with the manager. She walks to the back and brings back a receipt and says 'I found the receipt, your name was spelled wrong'. I just want to leave but I exercise patience and tell them to be very careful on the salt and my friend wants cheese so it'svokay this time. While I'm walking down the line I hear commotion at the register. A woman is arguing with the PS associate about cold fries and says the guy won't give her a fresh fry or refund her $. The associate says that he spoke to the manager and he said they couldn't do that. I'm starting to realize they probably weren't calling the manager and acting on his orders*. The woman is so irate that another customer offers to pay for an additional fry for her. There was only 1 kind associate but when I asked her name she said it so low and it sounded like a madeup name - I think she thought I wanted to complain about her but I told her that she handled herself well in the midst of so much commotion. Kicker, when my friend unwrapped his sandwich it was barely any filling in the sandwich. It was like they were mad they had to remake it but didn't think of the ramifications of terrible service and food.

I was scolded by a staff member, an older gent, immediately upon entry because I walked up to the wrong counter. I usually never go to this particular Penn Station because staff is always rude. My bad! Have happy holidays, you miserable shmuck

On a Monday eve we ordered a large Dagwood cold sub & thought the white bread would be soft but it was hard & dry and it had very little meat. Also, the turkey avacado wrap was not worth $8.49. It had a small amount of turkey and it didn't taste good. The only good item were the fries. This meal was not worth the $28 we paid.
