Penn Station East Coast Subs reviews
17The Dagwood East Coast Style w/ all the meats and extra banana peppers will make your belly dance
Do not order for Pick Up thru and pay online at the Moraine location. If your dissatisfied for any reason they will not refund you your money.they say you have to call corporate. I sat in line in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting on my order.all because the person in front decided to order fries after they ordered there food.
Very nice and clean only one thing I would change its that I ordered online and didn't have option to say no mayo versus light mayo. If they were to add this option it would of been perfect
The food was great, but unfortunately it felt like the staff didn't care that I was there even to the point where they felt bothered I was visiting. Maybe everyone was just having a bad day. I would give it another shot before I gave up here.
Probably one of the most consistent places to eat. Always good. The quality is always good. Not too expensive, and you can put whatever you can think of on your sandwich. Great variety.
Credit card reader didn't work declined my card make sure u take cash! Food great! Management apologize for the reader it happens all the time there!
They dont ask what you want on the sandwich like every other penn station. This is the second time in a row. When i asked what came on the sandwich i recieved an eyeroll and a very unenthusiastic list. Last time they still made my food wrong. I love penn station. This location sucks. Because of the employees directly. Alana took my order.
I like this location because they use gloves. I've been to others where they dont and just the thought is disgusting. They seem to work quickly and well as a team.
Love it! Excellent customer service. Good food and the absolute best cookies! Only downside is the prices are steep.
The food here is delicious. The fries are divine. They can't be a 4 star because the staff won't answer the phone! I like to call my order in so I can use the drive up window. I've done that once. All the other times I've tried they won't answer the phone. Once they DID answer, put me on hold, and just left my there. When I got to the store I pointed out what they had done and sure enough I was still on hold. Got a free cookie out of that but what I want is to phone my order in.
Could use little more meat but cheesesteak was excellent&they were freindlier thanmost penn stations
I visited there right after the big snow fall and the manager told me I could have used the drive thru. I didn't know they had one.it was right before closing and I know most people would be ready to go home and would rush you out. Nope not these guys.while I waited on my cheesesteak I was in the company of the nicest gentlemen.really pleasant bunch of fellows.oooh and the food was good too.really good
Service was good. Sandwich was great as always. Fries were downright bad. Change your oil more often.
The sandwish had an unedible piece of onion and it and although the man came around the counter to give my girlfriend her two sandwiches he handed mine over-the-counter
Penn Station on Springboro is always disappointing. Not really clean.the food isn't as good as the Brown Street location.
First time at this location and I couldn't be more pleased. The workers were happy and in good spirits, but not so busy having fun that they screwed up my order. They were friendly without it appearing to be a "customer service" personality. The food was also made just the way I expected based on the last location, and it was just as great as the last time I had it.
I'll definitely be back as it's location is convenient and the service was great.
