Penn Station East Coast Subs, Dayton OH

My sub was delicious! My only complaint, I tried to call the order in and no one would answer the phone, so I couldn't place the order until I got there.

Gave my food to the wrong car, after that car notified them of mistake, tried to had us the food THAT WAS EXPOSED TO THAT SAME CAR CROSS CONTAMINATION. They will give you a time to pick up your order, but will still have your waiting like ten minutes in store for your food.

Very, very nice staff, hospitable in everyway. They create the atmosphere for fun, the staff treats you as family, it a must when you're visiting Dayton, Ohio or even live there.

Cincinnati doesn't have the drive up option, I thought that was pretty cool. Food was hot and fresh

The wait was longer than usual. The staff didn't explain what was going on or didn't apologize for the wait. No courtesy drink was offered either. However The sandwich was delicious.

I live close to this store, so this is the one I visit.
I have always been very happy with their service and the food I have purchased.
Penn Station has excellent food; I think their fries and lemonade are the best that I've had at restaurants, fast food or sit down.

Nice and cordial customer service and delicious food, although inconsistent sometimes with the steak spice. Sometimes the subs are seasoned perfectly and other time it taste like I'm enjoying a salt lick.

Horrible experience. Server threw the wrong order at me with a nasty attitude and the clerk was bothered by me asking for a cup that should have come with my order and yells at me because she handle her job duties. Dispicable. Do not got to the n. Main location. Those girls meeds serious education on customer service

I would drive out of my way to go to the pain Station on North Main as opposed to the one on Colonel Glenn by Wright State! Managed for better!

Thanks for no green peppers and no Peppers of any kind that's exactly what I got on my sandwich. They forgot put the french fries in the bag. SMH

By far the worst Penn station I've ever been to. The whole staff was unfriendly and seemed very unhappy to be there and was not professional what so ever. The coverage on my sandwich was terrible, it looked like a taco. The sandwich was extremely greasy like they're not following the proper method to create a perfect cheese steak. I used to be a manager and worked for Penn station for years and can tell you that this is by far the worst around. Dont recommend to ANYONE!

They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Considering the basketball crowd, I must say I am impressed.

I order a cheese steak with onions, mushrooms, banana peppers and American cheese with mayo. 2nd sandwhitch was Italian sub with no oil. I get home the cheesesteak didn't have any cheese on it and the Italian sub had oil on it.
I called and was told to bring the sandwiches back tonight or tomorrow to receive the corrected one's.
I should have been credited for both sandwiches that I paid $17 for not to bring them back tonight@8: 00 or bring them back tomorrow.
Thats why I don't eat out

Really solid location. Sandwiches are always made full and the staff there are bright and funny.

Food was good and they even got my order right. The only problem I had was the employees are very busy from short of help.
Because of this it took at least 3 to 4 minutes to get waited on. Then to get rung up at the end took 7 to 8 minutes, made me feel like I was being ignored. I hate that feeling!

Sometimes the fries stick together and it's not done all the way. If they shake the fry basket a little so they don't stick.

Want in and got waited on quickly. Ordered two subs and they were made to order and hot! Loved the atmosphere here and the employees were fast and friendly. Will definitely be back
