Made a reservation for a truck with a sleeper, was told it will be availible on Thursday, filled out paperwork to find out the day before reservation that that truck is no loner availible and they only have day cab trucks for that day. Also gave a quote for 2 months for over $16,000 not including insurance or fuel. LOL

Drivers lounge is close they dont let you stay in your truck. They dont give you updates about repairs or eta really poor service.

Good for a quick bandaid for your truck. I had multiple oil changes here. Noticed oil filters not tighten on 2 occasions.be careful!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Listened to my issues regarding my rental truck having issues and got it into the shop right away. They performed diagnostics and did some maintenance right away. They offered to get me into a different truck if the issue wasn't resolved. Luckily the truck did perform better but still lagged when climbing hills.

Penske of brookpark has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in the the truck industry. They are very dishonest, unethical, and have horrible business practices. I recently purchased a truck from Penske and soon found out it was a big mistake. Penske policy is NO TEST DRIVES before purchasing the truck and 10 to 21 days before you can take delivery of the truck which is time for them to do PM and take care of any issues SO they say. I had them install brand new tires due to cracked sidewalls and didnt meet D. O. T standards. When it was finally time for me to take possession of the truck, which took them over 6 weeks, i had to bring it back 5 days later for transmission problems, oil pan gasket leak and drivers seat bracket broken. These issues were supposed to have been fix during the 10 to 21 days. When the truck finally got approved from Penske corporate to replace and fix these issues, it took them an additional 3 weeks to repair it. In the process of these repairs they stole the brand new tires they had installed and it now has 3 mismatched tires. When confronted, Dave the service manager denied the shop had anything to to with it. So glad i took a picture of it after they installed the new tires. Buyers beware. Go somewhere else to purchase your truck, same for you renters.

In/ out with truck rental after online reservation. Truck suited my needs and I appreciated the drop box for the keys.

It takes 240 for a deposit which they hold it and release 4 business days later. Stick with uhaul for residential moving.

Good place to rent a vehicle especially for moving in the Cleveland area especially around Cleveland Hopkins Airport

Good group of employees that will always go out of their way to make renting a truck as easy as possible
