Chaelynne was awesome and great to deal with. She was super helpful, a pleasure to talk to and answered all of my questions. She made the reservation process as simple as possible and securing my Penske rental couldn't have gone smoother.
The actual rental truck was great too, the truck was clean, newer, and made the journey to FLA from OH without any issues at all. I'm doing it again soon, and will be renting another truck from her!
