PENZONE Salon + Spa Polaris, Lewis Center OH

Service was excellent as always. Shampooing area much more comfortable. I miss the personal touch upon entering the salon. No one to tell you about the new snack/bar area or explain the new layout. The hair salon area is just so-so; a little bright for my liking and I miss the "one on one" with my stylist.

Honestly I expected more for a $50 manicure. While my nail tech was very nice, I felt like she was rushed (I know it was a busy Saturday). I just didn’t feel pampered. I would give 5 Stars to Bailee who waxed and tinted my brows. Always a little scary to try a new person, but I couldn’t have been happier. I won’t go back for my nails, but eyes brows I will.

I had such a great experience here. I dyed my hair for the first time ever, and Paris made me feel so comfortable. I am so happy with how it looks. Everyone working that day was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Addison is AMAZING! Our daughter loves cuts that are different from the norm of most teenage girls. Addison's cuts always bring a smile to our her face.

Emily provides a great facial. Unfortunately, the new salon design ruins it. The architects/designers really missed the mark by having the individual treatment rooms right off the open-air lobby concept and near the checkout desk. It was so incredibly loud the entire time I was getting my facial, which was at 11: 30 am on a Sunday. Definitely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Extremely disappointing.

My wife an I went in for a Christmas couples massage, rather than presents for each other. Her massage therapist was amazing, mine barely touched the areas that I had requested. I have back pain and tightness, and she spent nearly all the 90 minutes on my legs and arms, only touching on my shoulders for a few minutes. When it comes to a massage, it is extremely random and not always worth the money. Which is disappointing.

Love my massage with Lunda. Always outstanding but the new decor looks like entering a retail store! Too much emphasis on retail products. The spa feel is gone and the place is wayyyyyy too bright. I used to enjoy the feel of the spa and serene environment. Personal touch is gone and the seating area needs improved.

Miranda was a GODSEND. She fixed my hair, which had been dyed black at another salon when it was supposed to be dyed light brown. Miranda was SO knowledgeable and SO kind. My hair looks GREAT and it still feels great! I cannot recommend her more!

My daughter scheduled a pedicure for the two of us for Mothers Day. We were not seated where we could talk to each other. We felt rushed through, and neither of us received the massage part of the pedicure.

I highly recommend AJA (pronounced "Asia") for the Signature Facial. Best facial I've ever had! Aja didn't try to force conversation so I was able to relax and totally enjoy the experience. She was very knowledgeable to make recommendations but wasn't pushy trying to pressure me to purchase products. Could not be more pleased with my experience!

Lunda is a massage therapist at the Polaris Penzone and I booked a Deep Tissue massage with her. This was my first time meeting her and she was so, so sweet! She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She even brought me a robe and a water before I jumped in their shower to wash off some of the oils. I definitely recommend her 100%!

Jolee is great! She makes sure that Iam happy with my hair. We had to work on getting the ashy tones that I wanted. Tha't pretty close to what I want. She didn't hesitate to redo to get the shade I wanted. Thanks joleee and Thanks Charles Penzone!

I’m not a review kind if person, but i absolutely love this salon especially this location. I’ve been going for years for my eyebrows with Alia and nails with Zeta, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Every other person that I’ve gone to is not only amazing but super nice. It may be pricey, but they know what they are doing and they do everything well so I don’t particularly mind. Overall, really love and recommend this place!

I have enjoyed getting beautiful at the Grand Salon in Polaris for almost 7 years. The compliments I receive let me know that I am at the right place to get a cut and color. Penzone's is a great place to get pampered and I never have to wait! You have to go!

I brought my daughter here and she loved it. They made her feel like a princess as soon as she walked through the door. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Kandice did a amazing job with my daughter. My daughter’s haircut was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Kandice!

Aja was great. She got my daughter to the back within 1 minute of us checking in. She did a great job with her prom make up and made sure she was satisfied with the look.

I have been going to Aja at the Polaris salon for years. She is the only one I feel comfortable with doing my brows! She is the sweetest and does an amazing job. Wouldn’t go to anyone else. I have thick dark brows and she shapes them perfectly every time.

I booked an appointment for a massage and when booking the massage, it said under the massage therapists name that the massage would be one hour and fifteen minutes and 130.00. The massage was only an hour and the still charged me 130.00. I was very disappointed.

Got my hair done here asked for Auburn highlights and she made streaks of my hair turn pink. I recommend not getting your hair done here! I think you only get decent service if you pay a lot for the “professional” option. DO NOT get your hair done here if you don’t pay for the highest super expensive option.
