Pepperwood Townhomes and Gardens, Mayfield Heights OH

The pepperwood apartments are extremely quiet and clean. Wonderful place to live. Kerlyne helped out so much with my move in really appreciate her.

I’m new to living here but I love it already! Kerlyne was super helpful with the leasing process and the move in process. Didn’t seem to mind my many phone calls and drop ins. The neighborhood is so close to literally everything you could possibly need. Target, Starbucks, grocery stores, chick fil a, you name it it’s there! I certainly feel safe and comfortable here. I honestly don’t see me moving any time soon! I’m loving it!

I highly recommend Pepperwood! I have lived here for about 6 months now and I felt right at home immediately. Kerlyne is a pleasure to work with and the whole leasing process was made very easy! Pepperwood has a community feel - safe and friendly residents/staff! I feel safe walking my dog around the property after dark and the building I live in is pretty quiet. The maintenance crew is also very timely and friendly; I have put in two maintenance requests so far and both were answered within 24 hours. Such a great experience so far - thank you Pepperwood!

We have lived in the Pepperwood community for 3.5 years and absolutely love it. The grounds are always kept clean, the dog waste stations are so convenient, and the townhome units are such a great deal. All of our friends and family are jealous of the unique two-floor layout which offers plenty of space and a fun 'playground' (aka the see-through stairs) for the fur-babies. Additionally, Kerlyne in the leasing office is so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful! She always has an answer to your questions and has never missed a package delivery which is super appreciated right now while so much shopping is being done online. Stephen from maintenance also deserves a shoutout for everything he does! He always responds quickly, he's typically able to fix everything within minutes, and he's super sweet and respectful of your space when he needs to enter the unit. We highly recommend living in Pepperwood if you want an awesome apartment and equally awesome staff surrounding you!

I am a new resident at Pepperwood townhomes and I must say as stressful as moving can already be leasing office consultant Kerlyne made everything smooth. Every time I called or had a question she was very thorough and helpful.also this is a very quiet and peaceful community plan on being here for awhile.

I recently went through a huge change in my life after 27 years. I work in Mayfield Hts, so I wanted to stay in this city. I looked at several places, and landed here at Pepperwood. Kerlyne was very persuasive, and attentive to my needs, and understanding of my situation. Kerlyne helped me through the moving in process quickly, and efficiently. I had a few issues with deliveries, and Kerlyne was very helpful to make sure that I recieved all my packages, and deliveries. I am happy to be here, and I'm glad Kerlyne persuaded me to move here.

I first want to say the staff is great and they do the best they can.but for as much as the rent is each month this place is not worth it. If anything breaks you can count on a “duct tape job” our furnace has gone out twice, and the air conditioning 3 times and we’ve had at-least 3 leaks over the year we’ve lived here. Everything looks nice at first glance, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Again, if the monthly rent was cheaper, all of this would be a lot more acceptable.

I’ve lived in pepperwood townhomes and gardens for about a year now and I would say the service is excellent and the homes are very spacious. Kerlyne Lugo is great at getting back to me and has a very bright spirit. I love living in this area.

I called Pepperwood Townhomes to check for availability and spoke with Kerlyne Lugo. She said, they did not have any open units to rent however, she encouraged me to view the model. That was a great call on her part.

The model was great and it felt like home. She was very helpful, pleasant and really made me feel welcomed. Kerlyne, even went a step farther, she called me when a unit opened and i rushed over to see it. It was a great location and my dogs loved the open space inside and out. I totally would recommend this Pepperwood as your new home. Kerlyne is awesome and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Kerlyne for making the hunt for a home a better experience.

Maintenance and the leasing office are always efficient and ready to help when need be. Kerlyne in the leasing office is really nice and personable and makes living at Pepperwood a great overall experience.

I lived here for about a year and a half after I graduated college! It was a great living experience and I enjoyed the property, my neighbours and all the places around! There is shopping centres and restaurants wherever you look all within a couple miles!
Maintenance and Customer service was always available when I needed them and responded promptly when I reached out!
Kerlyne Lugo, the leasing consultant, was very helpful and very easy to work along side with!
I hope to one day move back in here or a place like this!

I have lived here for over 16 years. I love the location, and the property management has always been very helpful and prompt in any requests I have had. And I have had very few requests as the property is well maintained. I absolutely love the garden style Apartments, as the buildings are very quiet and peaceful.kerlyne and blazine are excellent managers.

Searched for over two months for a place to call home. The minute we walked into the leasing office Kerlyne was so welcoming and knowledgeable and we instantly fell in love with Pepperwood. We love the fact that there are two stories in the townhome and the location is perfect! I would highly recommend Pepperwood to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and beautiful place to call home.

The property is very nice and very well kept, the townhome is awesome for the price and i had no problems in the community. One time they even gave me a free breakfast! Kerlyne is awesome very energetic and helpful

Decent enough place for the first time living on my own. Rent is devastatingly high for what you get though. My rent is almost equivalent to a mortgage payment. I’ve been here for over a year and had leaks from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs kitchen and that’s happened twice. The water is always running scalding hot even when we turn on the cold faucet. And now the sink in the kitchen is not leaking but on full blast even with the faucets completely off. The good things about the townhomes are that the staff are very friendly and do help when I’ve called for repairs. I really like the maintenance people and Cassie and Kerlyne have been good to us. I also like that it’s dog-friendly and very clean around the buildings regarding the dogs. If you choose to live here, you will absolutely need rain boots because when it rains, the sidewalks become rivers (no exaggeration).

Kerlyne was super sweet and funny when I came to sign papers In Her office. I had only talked to her a few times on the phone and after meeting her we instantly had some laughs, She’s was very inviting. Maintenance is very efficient as well with filling orders and the community is very quiet and quaint.

I have been living here for about 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. I had an issue with my light bulbs in the kitchen being burned out. I called Kerlyne the office manger to place a service Order and they came out right away the same day.

Moved in during the beginning of July, the apartments are quiet and clean. We looked at over 5 places and were about to give up until we met Kerlyne. She was helpful, honest and sold us on the apartment in a matter of minutes. We called numerous times with questions during the lease and Kerlyne answered every question. Could not have found a better apartment building and management in Mayfield Heights.
