Perfect Nails, Hilliard OH

Overpriced and bad quality. My big toes are two different sizes. Don’t waste your money. My friends massage chair didn’t work, water was cold, and didn’t get a scrub. The whole point to a pedicure is to feel relaxed… we were pointing out things that needed to be fixed but they didn’t listen. Take your money elsewhere and go to CT or MJK.

I spent $100 dollars thinking I was going to get the best pedi! Well they didn’t even clean my toe nails. Basically I just paid to get them trimmed and semi painted. Never coming back here again.

I had the BEST experience at this nail salon.i’ve been struggling to find a good salon and technician, but i think i finally have! Leila is so good at what she does and so kind.i’ll be a regular for her from now on.

Please do not go here. It is so dirty and they fly thru their work. I got a nail infection from a balance and it took a year to clear up. So many better places in Hilliard.

I have read a lot of bad reviews at this location but I still decided to give it a chance and try their services. But never again. I don’t recommend this salon. My gel polish cracked the next day. When I came to get it fixed they told me their busy and I have to come back when their not busy I came back but their still busy. Lady told me I hit my nails to something that is why it cracked. But no i did not. I have been getting gel for a long time but never had this issue before just with them. I noticed that their products are old. The polish they use is very thick and dry. So go somewhere else.

I love my nails and their prices are great! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for your new place to get your nails done!

Joe does good work. Only go there if you have an appointment with him. The other lady that can see straight is unprofessional. I asked for a service and was told no because it would “take too long” because she has someone else already in another chair! Like excuse me? If I’m a paying customer don’t rush me because you’re in a hurry. And on top of that did a rush job on my service. Shaping was off, polish was not cleaned off from skin. Never again will I come here.

I have went here for years for my eyebrow waxing. Always pleased with the results. On my recent visit I was with someone I’ve never seen before. Didn’t think much of it as I feel like I’ve always been happy in the past. Well I should have known when I was handed a dirty mirror trying to see if they looked okay. Given that and the fact I was on a tilt I just went on my way. Once I was home and looking I realized that my left brow was severely uneven to my right. Not sisters or cousins but different nationalities! I’m guessing this new person is not trained enough for this service. Unfortunately I won’t be back because that’s not ok.

Never been to place that rushes me out the door. They were rude from the start. The lady didn’t even polish my nails she kept rushing me so I said forget it and left. I came to relax and get pampered and feel good! I work two jobs at 65hrs a week the last thing I need is to be rushed!
