Perfect Paver Co, Franklin OH

Perfect Paver did an excellent job installing a seating wall on our outside patio. It is a curved wall which requires cutting of the stone to flow with the curved shape of the paver patio. What made this job turn out so well was the meticulous work of the installer, Travis. This guy worked non-stop. Even when the weather was cold and rainy, Travis was out there assembling the stone and making sure the shape worked. At one point there were questions about the position of one of the end caps. He initiated a conversation with me to say we may want to reconsider the positioning of the end cap for esthetic reasons. After hearing and seeing his suggestion he was right. This showed me he took pride in his work and wasn't afraid to question something he felt could make the project better. Any interaction with folks at Perfect Paver was very positive and they all were responsive to our requests. I would recommend Perfect Paver to anyone in need of patio/steps/driveway work.

TJ and Leslie from Perfect Paver Co.repaired a couple of leaning pillars and fixed some uneven and sunken pavers on our patio. They did an excellent job, were courteous and professional, and finished the job on time. They had a little issue with the electricity to our lights on top of the pillars, but TJ stayed after it until it was working correctly. We would hire again.

Josh and his crew did a tremendous job of restoring my pavers back to how my patio looked day 1 of install. I fell victim to chipmunk tunnels causing lifting of several pavers. Josh walked me through his entire process of lifting, leveling with new base, cleaning, poly sanding, and sealing. They went above and beyond in a few areas to help with drainage and gave me tons of tips to maintain the patio long term. Tremendous work and I highly recommend their services!

I used perfect Paver to clean and seal my pavers, my Concrete Driveway, my sidewalk, and my back patio. They were professional and on time. They did a really good job. Recently I had them come out and had some questions about how the sealant was Wearing. They took care of it right away and indicated that there had been some un wear. They were very responsive, put me on the schedule right away, came out and provided the service and made sure to take care of my concerns. I was impressed the first time they came out and The second time convinced me that not only do they take care of their customers but they follow through if there is a problem. It says a lot about a company when they do that. Particular thanks to the technician who came out to do the work. His name is Zak.he made every step of the job understandable and walked me through the process and what he would be doing. He also gave me some very good suggestions for caring for the Driveway. He really is conscientious and thinks through what he's doing. He provided a lot of good information about their product, their process, and how I can extend the life of their work. Then there was Joey Who came out initially and was very responsive and easy to work with. And finally there was Jessica in the office who coordinated this and made it all happen and kept a positive attitude and a smile throughout. Doesn't get better than that. Would highly recommend this company.when I called them again I will ask for Zak, for sure.

The entire process went well. Perfect Paver was quite responsive to my original request. I sent pictures and they gave me a quote. After I accepted, my project was scheduled within a week. The workers were professional and did a great job. I can definitely recommend them.

My patio had deteriorated terribly from its original color and shine. Jake removed the old sealer and built up dirt. Installed a concrete edge along the plant and flower edge and sealed it again. See the photo. It’s like new again! Thank you Perfect Paver!

One of their guys who lives in Hanford ave keeps dumping his construction material in city dumpsters he’s got 2 box trucks and every week fills up a dumpster with construction material out of the back of his box truck

Jake M. Was our technician from The Perfect Paver Ci. And he did a Fantastic job on our project. He communicated everything he was going to do, when he would arrive and leave for the day. He took the extra time to make sure our paver driveway, back walk and huge patio are were restored back to looking brand new. He was careful around our landscaping and was a hard worker and very professional. You can’t ask for more than that!

Jake did an amazing job on recoloring and resealing our stamped concrete walkway and patio. He was very professional and kept in touch with us all the time when he would be arriving. The walkway and patio look like new even though our house is 16 years old. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Jake and Perfect Paver.

Scott, our estimator, showed up on-time and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Our workers, Daniel and Kelly, communicated with us clearly every step of the way and consistently showed up when they said they would. They are the hardest working and most conscientious craftsman I’ve had the pleasure of working with in quite some time. I had been at a graduation party a few years ago and asked my friend how she managed to keep the weeds out. She told me about perfect paver. I waited a couple years but the weeds were so overwhelming I felt like I was out there every weekend. My patio looks amazing now. Better than new. I am so excited to be able enjoy it this summer without all the work. I wish I had done this sooner!
