I found my 2023 Ram Rebel Luner edition. On August 02 at 9: 22 am I contacted Teresa to tell her they have a truck I wanted. I gave her the details and the price I was willing to Pay.by 10: 10 am she called me back after talking things over with Brad and that they would go ahead and accept it. I drove down to Deleware from Findlay. Teresa had the Truck ready on the spot for a drive.she went over ALL the different functions of the truck. After the test drive i completed all the paperwork and financing (the finacing guy that gets the loans was great and very nice). Teresa did the final set up of the truck, help me pair my phone, set up the Ram App to connecting to the Truck, went over all the setting and answered every question I had. This is the first time I ever bought a truck this advanced. I would have been so lost without Teresa's help.she let me take all the time I needed and I never felt rushed. Thank you so much Teresa you helped me get through this purchase so easy I definitely could not have done it without you Teresa.

ON Aug. 21,2023 I bought a 2023 Challenger R/T PLUS and traided in my 2018 Challneger R/T.

The 2023 Challenger R/T plus I wanted had to be located. I told Teresa all the options I wanted in the car & I thought it would take a wile to find. Nope is was quicker then I thought.
Teresa was very quick at locating what I was looking for, she came back with a few car options for me. I picked witch car I wanted and she was ontop of it. Within a couple days it was at the dealership ready to go.
I was able to get the same sale price at the dealership and I got a fair price for my trade in. I even searched all over the internet for prices on my 2018 challenger to sell & performance was right there on the money.
The whole process of getting the car i wanted and delivered to the dealership was flawless. Teresa has really looked out for me & got me in Both the Truck and car I wanted without any problems.

2 NEW vehicals in 19 days. Thanks to Teresa for making my Big shopping spree happen at the prices I was happy with.

Since I bought 2 i should be able to leave 2 reviews. I live In NW Ohio and have had a lot of bad experiences over my life with the Ram/Dodge dealers in the area Expecialy at the Findlay Ram/Dodge dealer. I highly Recommend anyone in NW ohio who is not happy with the dealers to give Performance CJDR Deleware OH a try & call Teresa Kirby.
She has done a fantastic job at selling me my last 2 new cars and 1 truck. Teresa has always made me welcome to the dealership like family no matter if I was buying, looking or just had some questions.

I will definitely be back a 4th time.

I just had tires installed and an oil change done. I noticed a fresh scratch on one of my wheels and brought it up. The service manager came out and told me that it was curb rash which definitely wasn't there before taking it in to them. The wheels were left with a bunch of grease all over them which should have been cleaned off before giving it back to me. I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I was basically dismissed by the manager and he was very condescending and rude. DON'T GO HERE.

Excellent and fast service department. Staff is very friendly and keep you advised along the entire way.

Initially test drove a new Jeep Gladiator and had a wonderful experience with James, the salesman. Shopped around and looked for other options with new & used Jeep Gladiators at different dealerships. The best experience was with, by far, Performance Delaware! We purchased a newly turned in 2021 Jeep Gladiator and the whole experience with Performance Delaware was fantastic! Highly recommend this dealership and ask for James, he'll take care of you. Also, the service department has great staff as well!

Inquired about a BMW on the internet. Received an immediate response for a salesman named Thaddeus. Made an appointment to go to Delaware and check out this car. Thad was so helpful and explained everything there was to know about this car during our test drive. This was such a wonderful experience and easy process. We drove home with the car. Had a great experience at the dealership while having service done on my vehicle. Everyone was polite and was all about the customers. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership.

Emailed to ask about and estimate to have a transmission replaced on my wifes van. Was told the email was received and forwarded the service manger. Never heard anything back. A few days later i called the service department and someone took my information and said that a service advisor would call back. Still have heard nothing. Bad enough I have a 2017 van with 114,000 miles that the transmission went out but worse that they dont want the business to replace it. I guess thats dodge quality these days. Poor quality vehicles and terrible customer service.

They were nice. The car we test drove stopped working while we were in the process of talking with our salesman and it wouldn’t start. He explained they couldn’t sell that car to us because it isn’t safe (we obviously weren’t gonna buy it after that). The car was never taken off the website and we were notified it sold a couple days later. I hope that’s a one time thing and that the car is fine but we won’t be going back to purchase here in the future as I honestly don’t trust them.

I purchase a lot of trucks an working with Jonathan Barnett was the best. Everything was done before I got to the dealership and I was gone in under 10 min. If you are busy and know what you want, give them a try.

John Barnett was my sales professional and yes he was professional. I rate him a 10+ out of 10. He was very knowledgeable of his products and was able to answer all the my questions right away and if I didn’t ask some things I should have asked he used his knowledge to provide important information about some additional things that I later realized I should have ask questions about. Good communicator.
Anyone looking to buy a car should ask for him to be the person assisting them.

$160+ oil change and had oily hand prints all over the inside of my truck. Then woke up and had oil all over my driveway. Horrible. Will not be back.
