Perkins Restaurant & Bakery reviews
25Went for breakfast after a morning appointment. The service was good as was the food. The only problem that day is the we're short staffed. I felt bad for the staff that had to do double duty.
One of those great down home food restaurants. Glad I got to stop in and get some brunch this afternoon. Good food and service. Was a little cold inside but they were putting portable heaters throughout the restaurant.
My brother-in-law and sister-in-law took myself and our kids Street Perkins was horrible cold food missing items order Missing items ordered overcooked items the second time after bring it back excessive greasy food and management looks like he was on drugs but the server was awesome
Eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked! The hash browns were great. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I can't wait to try try their French silk pie. Will definitely be going back.
Nice environment. Definitely obeying the covid 19 rules. Food was great and our server was as well. We will definitely be back.
I haven't been to Perkins in quite some time, so I tried it again. Needless to say, it was very good. I had the triple egg dare ya with 3 eggs, 3 bacon strips, 3 sausage links, potatoes.french toast and pancakes. I ordered the coffee and they give you a full carafe of coffee. Nice touch. Also, I was also able to get my sugar free syrup. The staff was courteous and fast. I enjoyed ny breakfast. They are still social distancing and spacing tables for the patrons.
This use to be my favorite place for food. Not any more. The heat hasn’t worked in months. The manager told me today that heaters went out a couple of days ago. BS They have added space heaters that don’t help. The food is always cold and not cooked right. The servers suck at there job and have attitudes. I would expect this in the HOOD not Middleburg Heights
We stopped there late but NB he evening after spending a number of hours in the ER with family, as they were the only place open. My wife has diet restrictions and a w vegetarian, so she ordered the Tilapia. It does d not taste good and smelled bad. She advised the waitress and she spoke to the manager, who responded that he had taken it out fresh start in the morning - note that it was about 10 pm. Told her it was bad and inedible. She said that she would ask the manager to deduct something from the bill. He did not. Said that they were changing suppliers next week. I said that we are here today. How would that help?
Ordered the"everything" skillet. Supposed to have lots of stuff in it. Ended up with lots of potatoes, 2 eggs, and minimal cheese. No tomatoes, no bacon, and maybe a tablespoon of the most finely minced ham I have ever seen. Really disappointed ️. Won't be back.
I had breakfast at the Middleburg Heights Ohio Perkins 3 times during my stay in Strongsville Ohio. I had 3 different breakfast items and all were delicious and well portioned. I do like going to Perkins but I live in Fort Wayne Indiana where we have no Perkins near us. If we had one nearby I would make it a point to go there that is for sure.
Consistently well prepared menu. Got a thoughtful server named Stacey; attentive yet not bothersome. Clean facility with courteous staff.
My #1 place for pancakes. However, its pass due for them to serve bacon worthy of putting next to those pancakes. The 4 in.wafer then slices are a joke.
Food was okay. I had the grilled chicken with tater tots and a salad. Service was good and the restaurant was clean.
Always a great time at Perkins. We do not have one near my home, so anytime we are out of town and we see one, we have to stop. I tried the Classic Eggs Benedict. It was pretty good. And the breakfast potatoes are my favorite.
I've always loved Perkins! Wasn't disappointed in the service or quality of food! I'll b going back soon. Also like the fact it has two entrances one off Bagley rd and the other off Engle. Easier in and out for a busy intersection!
Probably some of the best Apple Pie and ice cream I’ve ever had. Also the steak tips and peppers were delicious. Great first visit
This was one of the best places to eat they are clean and your food is hot and good very good customer service I won't recommend this place seven times over period
Perkins food is not the same our pancakes came out thin as paper and when we asked why was the food so bad all of a sudden we was told because they filed bankruptcy two weeks ago and all the food has changed even the orange juice was watered down... I will not be going back no time soon
Been at this place quite a few times, place is always clean and servers are always very nice, the only thing I hope would get better is the portions of food.they must buy small eggs because their cheaper and the amount of home fries is so skimpy and usually over done, but the toast is good size, lol and the coffee is good.but over all the meals are some what over priced I guess you have to pay for the name,
Trashy establishment. Feces all over the toilet. It took 25 minutes to get a salad and BLT. Ranch cup fell off on us as food was sat down. Had no clean silverware. This place is a disgusting landfill.
