Great service! Our waitress took our order quickly and we didn't wait long for our food. Very clean place. They take great care of their customers. And the food was filling and very tasty.

Food was good there is a wait to get into this place seems a lot of people enjoy to come here I know I did spending time on my aunt was great

SLOW SERVICE! Food was ok. Typical Perkins. That's why many are out of business! Manager was loud when "directing" other staff members. Wasn't busy AT ALL! WOW! Really disappointed!

The waitress was very efficient, and made sure we had all we needed. The food also came out hot and was very good.

Took my mom to lunch and we got the senior size potato pancakes with bacon. The food was excellent and as ordered with generous portions. The service was good and timely. The place was clean and friendly staff. We also got a senior discount that they have every Wed. Definitely reccommend.

We had dinner at the Painesville Perkins last week and were very impressed with the food and the service. Our waitress, Faith, was probably the best waitress we have EVER had. She was very busy but kept checking on us, never forgot anything, even remembered what we were drinking when she realized we were getting low. She's a very pleasant, efficient person and a credit to Perkins.

Table and floors were dirty bakery in the display looked old and hard. Spinach and potatoes had zero seasoning. Waitress was not masked.

The food isn't bad, but if you want delivery go somewhere else. Each time I order there is always something missing. This last time it was an entire half of my order. An occasional slipup is understandable and happens to everyone. It's like they're not even looking at the details though.

First time eating at Perkins. I got the breakfast burger, fries and a pie. As a guy that is music to my ears a burger, fries, pie.lol burger was greasy and wouldn't get it again. Fries are good. Wife's onion rings are good. Not sure about pie yet as we took it home. The place was just ok.
