Perplexity Games Escape Room - Cleveland

Great place for escape rooms! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the back stories of their rooms.

My first time going and it was cool. At first we thought it was kind of childish but we ended up eating those words. Great mental game!

I will most definitely be going back! My friend and I had a blast, we almost made it.but got stuck on the last clue at the very end. I cannot remember the woman’s name who was working/helping us, but she was very kind and enthusiastic about her job. It was refreshing to put my mind to work for once: p

This was our first escape room and we were very impressed. The employee was so kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Went for a friend's birthday on 3/27 at 5: 15 pm and did the Quest for Valoria room. Overall bad experience-waste of money and time. Issues include rude staff, poor design of escape room, poor story and background for escape room, the solutions were not logical based on the information given. When we asked for tips, the gamemaster would not assist right away. 15 minutes later, after asking repeatedly for tips with no response, gamemaster came in and began aggressively and condescendingly re-reading the instructions while throwing pieces of paper around the room (paper related to the game). I have gone to multiple escape rooms and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Was hopeful based on positive rating of this business and number of reviews but am now skeptical how many of the positive reviews are legitimate.

This was my first time doing an escape room. We had a great time. The clock theme room was challenging and very entertaining. Will be returning to try the other themed rooms. I highly recommend this place to alll.

My sister and I took my mom for her birthday. We were looking for something fun and safe to do. We did the Eliot Ness room and it was a BLAST! My mom has done escape rooms with work before and said this one was much more challenging. Also, 3 people was a little tough. But we were up for the challenge and though we did not solve it, we had so much fun. We will definitely be back to do another room.

What an experience! We had so much fun! Much more difficult than we expected (Elliott Ness Room) The staff was so nice and very helpful though.gave us little clues when we were stuck. Clean facility. Would definitely go back if ever in Cleveland again. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a challenge.

Clockwork Caper was so much fun! The game master was very fun, friendly, and helpful! We definitely want to come back and try the other rooms!

Had such a great time at the escape rooms would go again. Really kept our interest kept us all engaged and had so much fun love the clues they would slip under the door. Such a friendly place they made it all the more fun.

Had a great time with friends here. While staying safety concious, the provided a fun and challenging atmosphere.

This was my first escape room that I had ever been to, and it was a blast figuring out all the puzzles and reaching the end of the room. The room itself was very high quality and the whole experience was very immersive. Would definitely go again.

I went with my family, we had a great time! Everyone got involved and enjoyed it, even though we were of a wide range of ages. I've done a couple different escape rooms before, and so I can confidently recommend Perplexity as top tier!

Staff was great and a fun experience. Just the right difficulty (we finished with 2 minutes left). The staff slid a note under the door when we got stuck on something for a while. Will definitely try another room in the future

I went for a bachelor party to meet guests from out of town, it was a great way to get to know each other. The escape was challenging, which is kind of the point, but working together as a team made it a ton of fun. The location is also great, close to local restaurants and close to downtown.

I had the pleasure of working with the owner of Perplexity games to create a unique experience and propose to my now fiance. The owner and the crew were on point with everything and provided outstanding customer service. I wouldn't have done it without them and this event will forever be remembered by everyone involved.

With regards to the escape rooms themselves.they are fun and unique. We had a blast looking for clues to get to the final objective. It also very convenient that you can go for a nice beer across the street in the busy Ohio City area - whether you are celebrating a win or trying to forget your loss.

We are looking forward to returning to Perplexity Games and escaping a room. Thank You Perplexity Games!

So much fun! Each room included puzzles and hidden hints with different levels of difficulty so our 8yr old sleuth, 16yr old stem boy and the math professor were all engaged. Highly recommend!
