3Perrin has completed a few major projects for our Homeowners Association and did an outstanding job on all! I highly recommend Perrin, I found them to be extremely professional, responsive, on-time and on-budget. Project's included resurfaced our allotments private asphalt road, replacing stamped concrete and the entrance, and major repair work on storm sewer drains.

I contacted them for an estimate at my business property. After 3 calls and 1 email I got a call back. A few days later a tech came out to give me an estimate.
He never called me back.
Nor did I receive any estimate.
Myself running a business where customers service means alot to our success. I have to say I was disappointed with this company.
