Pet Hospital of Willoughby

Everyone is so caring at the Pet Hospital of Willoughby. They’re friendly and very helpful in answering all of my questions. Dr. Doles is the Dog Whisperer with my dog. He puts her at ease and makes the check up so less stressful for her. He explains things in a clear way that makes it easy to understand. I would highly recommend the Pet Hospital of Willoughby as they treat us like family.

Dr. Doles is so awesome. He has such a gentle and caring spirit about himself. I always enjoy coming and knowing he is there also. The staff are phenomenal. PS. Milo always leaves a little gift in the lobby, that of course I take with me. Lol

I have taken all of my pets to Pet Hospital of Willoughby since 2006. The staff is fantastic and the doctors are kind and caring. Dr. Doles goes above and beyond with his patients and their humans. My dog is 14 now and nearing his final days. Dr. Doles has been so helpful and kind with helping me to know when it is time to let our Rocco go. A big huge thank you to Dr. Doles for his time, patience, persistence, and compassion with our 11 year old boxer Hank. It was a process but he was able to fix our dogs eye and it has healed beautifully and he is back to his normal self. He had an eye ulcer that was not healing on its own and he took the time to get us in even when he didn’t technically have an opening. Pet hospital of willoughby is a great place to take your animals. They receive the care they deserve from a fantastic veterinarian. Thank you dr doles for being amazing.
