Fantastic vet! Got me in within 4 days. The price was great and even asked if it was in my budget before we moved on. Quick diagnosis as they got me in and out with the answers I needed to get my dog taken care of! Thank you guys and looking forward to bringing buddy back!

If you love your pet, don’t take it here! They don’t care about animals, all they care about is money. My dog was injured today, they worked her in immediately, which was great. They cauterized her ear, lightly bandaged it, and put a cone on her. She slept the remainder of the day due being heavily sedated. The moment she woke up and found the strength to come to a stand, all of the bandages fell off and caused blood to pour out of her ear. I immediately called and asked for help, their response was to bring her in the next day, and I would have to pay for treatment again ($700+) and for them to re-wrap the area. If you bring your pet here, be prepared to pay double because they won’t do it right the first time but will expect you to pay for their mistakes. No integrity.

Terrible! I took my dog here for an injury today they worked me in right away which was good. They cauterized her ear and they bandaged it and they put a cone on her head. She was sedated so she laid on the floor all day long as soon as she got up And I got her to actually go outside just to stand there cause she still sedated. The bandage fell off her ear and she started bleeding all over the place so I called them and they said well you can bring her in tomorrow but we’re going to charge you for re-bandaging the ear I said how can you charge me when you guys just bandaged her ear at 11 o’clock and didn’t do it right after I paid over $700 when I came in this morning they said that’s just what we do that’s what it’s gonna cost if you want it done. Terrible shameful!

Good place to get your pet in quickly if need be. Prices are higher than most, but I'm sticking with them as they know my baby well.

Tried my hardest to like this guy for my pets sake since I've been with this clinic office for over 20 years but today was definitely the final straw.
His office goes thru staff faster than I've ever seen and the walls are very thin and I heard him degrade the previous vet to his staff and vendors.
His prices increase it seems every 3 months and he's completely unaffordable for subpar care and courtesy.

We have been taking our dog here since rescuing her from Friendship APL. Note to always ask for a charges estimate as they love to do "procedures"/"preventative care" without providing dollar amounts except when it comes time to pay. ALWAYS ask for estimates before saying or thinking about saying yes as they love to take your money in the name of "helping your pet feel better". Also note that they like to charge more than estimated (see other reviews)

TLDR; we went to get our puppy an annual vaccine and ended up with a bill for ~$400 without consent TO TREAT the infection which we were already aware of. We negotiated down to ~$250. NEVER going back. It's very clear that if you don't state that you're not rich, they will charge and add items to the final bill. Physical exam was more than we were charged for in the past without written consent or verbal awareness.

Dr. Lang and the entire staff at PetMed have been nothing but thorough and professional in dealing with our animals, and most recently Sylvester and Tweety. They answer our questions and truly care about our fur babies. They listen and explain things so that you feel comfortable dealing with any issues that you may be going through with your furry family members. We highly recommend Dr. Lang and PetMed!

This has been the worst vet experience ever. I had scheduled an appointment for my dog to get her Bordatella vaccine, and confirmed both over the phone and in-person that the appointment was JUST FOR THE VACCINE. Very important. During the visit, I noticed that the vet tech took my dog's weight, and the vet did all the typical physical exam procedures. Come to find out later- anytime you come in, they will do a physical exam and charge you $52 for it even if you explicitly stated a different reason for your visit AND had a physical exam only a few months prior. This rate is not fixed- 2 other times had physical exams that were $49. The vet then noticed an ear infection and said that he would look into what they could do. Him and the vet tech come back in the room with an injection and oral medication- they never really asked me if it was okay to proceed.it was more like "we're going to do this" and I wasn't able to chime in. Consent to me is a clear and firm YES. Then I was given about 4 different medications to take home, and I go to the front to check out and the bill is over $400. Mind you- I had planned for maybe $25 for the vaccine. Nothing else- not even the exam cost. I simply did not have the money with me to pay, and the staff tried to be understanding, but really they were not even trying to meet me in the middle. They offered that I could only pay for the vaccine, exam, and medicine administered at the clinic, but that was still almost $300. This included a $50 charge to look at my dog's earwax under a microscope. At the end of the day, this vet clinic does not ask for clear consent, does not provide quotes unless explicitly asked and according to some of these reviews, those quotes are incorrect. These people only want your money, but make it seem like your pet cannot be cared for properly unless you foot the huge bill.
This was not my first time being over-charged at this place, but I had sucked it up in the past as we rescued our puppy and had to deal with worms and fleas. But this was too far. I will never recommend this clinic, nor will my dog ever be back.

Editing re the reply from the business: Never was I asked if I wanted the ears treated. I was asked if I had noticed anything with her ears before, to which I replied there had been some scratching. Even if I said we should get it taken care of, which I did not, I should have at least known what was about to occur would cost half my mortgage payment. I am appalled that this interaction means consent to your business. Please pay attention to the other reviews and change your processes.

I have three dogs and each of them have been taken care of in a professional manner. I had one that needed an emergency and when I called they setup the appointment the same day. Thanks
