The Lane Avenue Pet Supplies Plus store is terrific. A broad range of products at reasonable prices; and also great service from courteous and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

This is a very good place to go shopping for your pets, the prices are very good and they have something for every kind of animal. Weather it'sdogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles they have the supplies you need. They are course also friendly the pets, you can bring your dog in with you. I'm not sure if they still do, but they also used to do pet clinics like once a month where you could get veterinary care for your animals at very good prices

Staff is super kind and helpful! I've bought just about all of my dog's things from here. Only downside is they carry his dry food, but not the canned food of the same brand.

Good price on you're Best Friends Food (pets). They even have animals that you can view for sale at the store.

This place is always a good spot to grab what you need quickly. A smaller pet store, but they treat all their animals well and the fish are always healthy. Also, they always have my cats food in stock so that's super nice.

On 4/19/2018 I went in here to check the store out. I attempted to greet 2 employees but the favor was not returned. When I was checking out the guy at the register only said “that it for ya? ” Then “you got a phone number or card? ”. I then heard the manager at the front door saying “have a great night” to a few people. Right after that he approached the register I was at. I said hello to him but he just looked and me and didn’t respond. Put his glasses on and walked into the office.

Nice selection of quality treats and dog food. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Management is very accommodating. They love our dachshunds here.
My only complaint is the fish department. Dead fish are left on shelves to rot. Bettas aren't cared for. Lots of misinformation regarding fish care is given and when you try to talk to someone, they argue with you. I wanted to give this store a better review, but until they address the issue with fish care, I cannot.

Am rat daddy. Cannot find rat food anywhere but here these days since other places carry less stock. Rats get what they need here including all other companions alike that are furry and amazing. (Dogs, cats, ferrets, gerbils, etc)

I visit here about once a week for stocking up on supplies. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sign up for their coupons for extra savings.

Good finds I like Pet Value more but hard to beat the steals they have as well. I'm a bargain shopper and they have bargains in the cart up front. Ull oat double everywhere else besides Pet Value. Good place to shop! Good people and they help carry heavy bags out. Huge help.

Great staff, very helpful. Good snacks for your furry babies, Jethro loves his! I did find out my ferret's food to be more expensive than at Petco though, $2.00 more expensive.

My new store. Huge selection. Just as good, but Cheaper than Pet People (which I do like) for the usual items I grabbed. Friendly staff.

I like to shop at this store. The one on Lane Avenue is where I used to shop, but a move out east will change that. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Will walk the entire store with you until they are sure you have found everything on your list. Saves lots of time wandering through the aisles. Also, they carry the best brand of training pads by Pee wee. Thicker than others on the market and hard to find anywhere else.

Rude employees, who don’t even greet you as you walk in the door. Makes you not wanna spend your money there.

Friendly staff, everyone was hard at work stocking shelves. They stopped to answer questions. And we signed up for rewards program.
