This place is okay however the prices are up there. The place is clean and the workers are very friendly

Their prices are great and with sales and discounts even better! And with curbside service, what's not to love?

I've been advising everyone I run into and everyone on Facebook to go to PetSmart instead. After the way I was treated last time, and they refused my check because it was a little over $50, I was made to write two checks. I called the corporate office to complain and they haven't had the common courtesy to return my call. Untill they do I will continue to turn as many customers away as I can. We customers are not second class citizens despite what Pet Supplies Plus corporate headquarters thinks. I highly recommend Pet Smart. Others have now told me they too have had problems and have switched to Pet Smart.

Took my dog to get his nails trimmed (which he hates!). Addy was quick and fantastic! Normally he howls and whines, but he barely made a peep. Thank you Addy!

Went to get a Catrat (ferret) service was great at this one even though we didn't get the animal Still very kind and caring and answered every question I had

This store is our favorite - they always send us coupons (if you sign up, at the register). They always stock our pup's favorite foods.they have a great variety of new things to try.they are very friendly to our dog whenever she comes to visit.and the checkout folks are always very nice and helpful. We love it!

Brought our dog in to get his nails clipped. The groomer was totally not focused on her duties, and wanted to talk to her Co worker the whole time. She skipped at least six claws. Apparently, she has no proper training as a groomer; and should seriously consider collecting an unemployment check.

This seems to be the only clean and stocked pet supplies plus in Akron right now! My husband and I travel looking for different fish is only reason I can say this

I shop at the plaza in Springfield and I love that store️ I've NEVER had a bad experience shopping with them. The ladies who work there are so welcoming and friendly Thanks for all your hard work and loving our pets too?

I had an issue with what I bought and they never even blinked eye. They said bring it back and we'll exchange it. Thank you

I wanted to give a shout out to Chrissy who works at the Springfield/Akron, Ohio store. I ordered online for curbside pickup for the first time and had an excellent experience. I even received a personalized note from Chrissy with some extra goodies for my dog which made our day. I like to acknowledge any 'Rock Star" experiences and Chrissy made that happen at your store. Great Job!

The "low cost" vet is a high class rip off. 700 dollars for 2 puppies to get their shots? They are out of their ever loving minds! NEVER AGAIN will I visit this establishment for anything for my animals!

Easy to order, free delivery. What's not to like? Spending $35 on pet supplies is not difficult when it gets dropped at your door.

I love shopping at this store. I always find whatever I need for my pets, whether it is food or toys or canned food. Friendly staff and fast checkout, as well.
