Never get your dogs groomed here! They said they had to stop the service and said they didn’t get to do much but, My dog came back scared and shaking and peed all over himself I have never seen him do that and he is usually as happy as can be when he comes back all we do is get his nails cut I’ve have never had an experience like this I’m very scared to take him back here.will never come here again.

Very good place to get pet supplies but if you are looking to get a pet please do some research before you buy any animals some stores don't give the right information

Covid didn't put a damper on my trip there. Been coming here for many many years always in stock of everything pretty much.

Bad Custumer service in Brooklyn Ohio call many times for grooming for my dog never answered the phone shame on this store

Best place for birds food and pets supplies and grooming supplies and dogs treats and food and cat food and cat treats and fishes and ferrets, reptiles etc. Friendly staff and very helpful and fast check out

I really appreciated the helpful lady in the fish department! So nice, I wish all your staff in that department were as helpful as she was!

They are saying that due to lack of suppliers they don't know when they will be getting in anymore Stella and chewy for cats.so disappointed.

All the adoptable animals look sickly and extremely skinny. Dead fish all in the tanks and betta cups. Floors and bathrooms are disgusting.

Always say hello and greet you with a smile. Had to stop at Petsmart because I was in a rush and not close to home. Outrageous prices and complacent service. Love Pet Supplies Plus. I would be lost if they weren't around the corner.:)

We always come here for our cat/ dog food and treats. Sometimes they have real good buys. I really like their cat litter.

Always the nicest people. The dog bath could use an update and new towels. The ones they have are bare.

I go here to wash my dog, I purchased the 5 wash card and I'm happy with it. But the prices there are inflated. I still buy my pet food and treats at Wal-Mart.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The prices are good and the staff is always helpful and very nice

The staff is always friendly and always asks if I need help. They always have the food I need for my special needs rescue.

Don't go there to get your dog groomed they charge you one price on the phone and then they raise it when they're done

Bought a new bow front aquarium at a great price! Put it all together and found the lid was missing. Called the store and reported it. Picked up the lid the next day without any problems. Great service!

Its ok, i hate the way they operate the bulk bird foods, the thing with the tags is not near the food and there is usually no pen to write with.

This place always stinks. Prices are o'k. Employees are helpful and friendly. The only thing. Their fish tank decorations are boring and over priced.

Seems to be a little disorganized not everyone really knows that much about animals and sometimes it seems they're understaffed, they have decent prices and carry some things other pet store dont, though
