Great customer service, items are usually easy to find and if you have a problem finding something somebody is always willing to help you

I walked in on Tuesday night about 20 mins.before close which I hate doing. I bought some guppies and glow fish the guy was so nice and helpful! Then when I went to the checkout the guy and girl up front were great! The girl even took me to the back to show me what she puts in her tank when she gets new fish. It was on of the best customer service places I have visited in a really long time! I wish I knew their names! They are worth their weight in gold!

The employees are always ready to help you. Whether it's getting something off a high shelf or carry your 40lb bag of dog food to your car. Very professional and helpful

Vary gentle with dogs. I took my dog up there today to get his shots up to date and they was the most kind people and gentle with my dog and gave me all the answers I need when I was asking questions.

Needed a collar and a ID tag with his name and info. They had a dog tag kiosk it was easy to do a price fair and they got some cool collars and matching

Have a good range of food, litter, toys and the like. Prices could be a little more fair compared to some online retailers

Good variety of items, polite staff. I have an autistic child who likes to look at birds and fish, we come here and often spend about 30 minute looking, then buy a small item (something for our cats, squeak toy, etc). They have never been rude or made us feel out of place. Pets are welcome here.

Rude customer service Representatives. Argued with me at my car in front of my children while I was picking up an order. When I said I would call their manager they said "go ahead".

Very clean as always. Well stocked and easy to find items. Prices are competitive and being a member has pretty good perks. Associates are always very welcoming.

They do not take good care of the animals they have at this location. Or hire employees who have the knowledge on how to care for the animals so they are unable to help you find necessary products for pet.

I went one evening about 30-45 minutes before close and back again the very next afternoon.the same pile of feces was in the ferret cage as the night before. They must need more than training at this location I guess.

Great experience, employees were very helpful from the moment I walked in the door until I was done shopping and THEY loaded my car. This was midday on Black Friday.

Absolutely Love this place! Has a in-door bathing area for your Dogs.
Perfect when it's to cold outside, and you have a Big Dog that needs bathed. Super friendly Staff. Clean Store. Item's are a tad expensive, but they do price match!

I buy fresh food for my bearded dragon they were very informative and helpful it making selection on food for my little baby

Store is always clean, staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the prices, it is always significantly higher in this store than others.

Great variety of dog food & snacks made in USA! Most places don't carry this much USA made products. Kudos to Pet Supplies Plus for this!

Pet Supplies Plus is my favorite store to shop for my pet. Employees are very nice and helpful and I can usually get a good price because they price match. Will continue to give them my business

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked into this store not long ago and the hermit crabs only had 1 bowl for water. If you know anything about hermit crabs, you'd know that they need 1 bowl of regular distilled water for drinking and 1 bowl of distilled salt water for bathing. That makes 2 bowls. So why was there only 1 water bowl? That tells me that you know nothing about animals. Without both forms of water, those hermit crabs will become sick and die. Even if you may or may not have updated the tank since, that's how it was when I was there, which was shocking. Also, at EVERY Pet Supplies Plus store, you guys only have 1 inch of substrate in their tanks. Again, if you knew anything about the wellbeing of hermit crabs, you'd know that they need at least 6 inches of substrate in order to molt safely with other crabs in the tank. Being unable to molt, again, they will become sick and die, or if they try to molt in 1 inch of substrate, then they have a huge risk of being eaten by the other crabs. Speaking of having too many animals in one tank, your hamster enclosures are disgusting. Not only do they constantly smell like urine because of the garbage bedding that you use, there should never be more than one hamster in each tank. Are you on drugs? Petsmart doesn't do that. Do you know how territorial hamsters are? Even if they're meant to sell quickly, do you know how quickly they can kill each other? Do you know how many times I've personally seen hamsters bleeding in your stores because they're housed with 2 or 3 or 4 other hamsters? What a cruel thing to do. The hamsters don't know any better; It's their instinct to defend their home. The blame falls on you people. They should be separated 1 per tank by the time they're 1 month old. Your hamsters are 3 months and older. Don't claim to care about animals if this is how you treat them. From what I've heard from employees here, this is the district manager's store, yet I've been to locations that are much cleaner, much friendlier, much more knowledgeable, etc. As a district leader you're supposed to be leading by example. Why would anyone want to obey authority if they're better than the authority?
