Ordered some cat food after they were closed. The next morning they let me know it was ready for pickup. They also had other things on sale I needed so that saved me a little more $. This is my go to place for pet supplies.

This was one of the nicest PSP I've been to! The staff was very kind and helpful! The store was clean and well organized as well!

I have recently placed 3 curbside pick-up orders. The associates have been prompt and welcoming. They carry a kibble product that is not easy to find in larger weights. Since my older girl pup deserves the best, this store location is my go to. I am a fan. They make life a bit easier, and pricing is great!

I purchased a few white skirt tetras and two cory catfish from this location. Within a day, one white skirt tetra died. Within a week, three white skirt tetras and one cory catfish died as well. I tested the water daily and no rise in nitrates or ammonia was found. My tank was also infected with ick within a few days. Won’t be buying fish from this location again sadly.

Never again. Shaved my Golden doodle bald for no reason. No matting just did it. Most expensive grooming ever too. Rocco was skiddish for 3 days no thank you

I had a very bad experience whilst shopping. This lady named "Megan" came in and barged in on my conversation with a fellow worker. I was asking them their opinion on what type of cat food would they recommend. I have an orange tabby and he needs to be on weight watchers. But that's a conversation for another day.

Anyways, this Megan lady literally grabbed this poor pet supplies worker and yelled at her about something with the "cash register" I was disgusted and walked out. Now my cat keeps gaining weight and he needs to be airlifted to use the bathroom.

Usually have to track someone down if I need feeders or livestock as the only employees I see are the ones at the register. Generally speaking for a big box pet store they usually have what I need in stock, but occasionally run out of certain things and it's several weeks before it comes back in.

Pet Supplies Plus had a specific fish food that we couldn't find anywhere else! We will be back for sure!

Everyone here is super friendly. Prices are good, and they have so many other services like grooming, weekly clinics, pet tags and licensing, subscription service for delivery, and more!

The Medina team is wonderful to work with on-line or in store! Delivered on time. All employees in store so helpful and enjoyable to talk with!

Love shopping here. The Manager is so willing to make the extra effort to help us locate items. He is very personable and a definite asset to the Company! Clean store and employees are helpful with great attitudes!

The employee who answered my call asking about pinky mice not only made sure they were in stock but also told me the package sizes they came in to make sure it would meet my needs. Additionally when I came in to purchase them everyone was quite helpful making sure I knew how to thaw them and how to keep my new snake healthy in a kind and caring way. I love this store and always love the staff working.

Alex in the pet spa did an amazing job with Hank. He really needed a haircut and I was very nervous because he has had some bad cuts in the past at PetSmart. I picked him up and he was cute as a button where people have asked me where he gets groomed. I will recommend Alex. Also got his nails cut and grind.another BIG kudos. I will be back.
