All the animals they sell die, the fish tanks are constantly closed because the fish are sick because they don’t know what they’re doing. Do not recommend.

Excellent customer service, very friendly, just the right stock, always find what we are looking for here.

Corona Is my 4yr old American bulldog Lab. Born and named 2016 (No relation to COVID)

He loves anything that squeaks including squirrels and smaller rodents if you may. He was born in the winter so when the snow falls so does his attention span! He is responsible for ensuring I don’t bite anyone on my daily movements lol

The facility it’s self is spacious and kept clean and organized by the terrific staff maintaining it at the highest standard. Corona enjoys every visit and hardly ever wants to leave.

Aside from the large selection of treats that make it a journey for him to decide from lol he loves to shop here and paw pal is accepted. (Jk not a real thing, but should be though lol)

The staff is friendly for the most part, there is a decent selection of pet food and toys. The aquarium/fish section is honestly depressing to see tho.

Keeps giving infected reptails and animals they sell all die fast or has to go straight to the vet from them

Today was my last visit here, my 9yr old daughter is shopping for a cockatiel. The glass habitat was 10 feet high. I could hardly see the bird, so we grabbed the step stool next to the display, and she took a look (while I stood next to her.) A clerk (Who wasn’t assisting anyone) yelled from across The store that she needed to “get down”. Didn’t come over to offer to help, no offer to get the bird out. Nothing. My daughter was in tears. So we left with the intent to purchase somewhere else. Also, we have 3 dogs and 3 bunnies. All those pet supplies will be purchase elsewhere.

Soooo much better than PetsMart. Wider selection, well taken care of pets, and great Customer Service!

I called it rang no one answered I’m pretty sure they’re not that busy, just by the fact I was on the phone and it kept ringing shows they must not have good service

Every fish I got there was infected with ick. It was a battle and we lost 2 of the 6 fish we got there. I went there multiple times complaining and they'd give me the meds they used which was nice I suppose. I feel more should have happened though. Their prices are usually better a d cheaper but most places price match anyway. Also when I went last time they had dead angle fish that had been dead for a while

Master Hobson no longer agreed to wear his purple 'attire': Phoenicians created purple for royalty, but now that he was a grown-up, he favored the colour black: he wanted a man's harness. Purple may have been for royals, but Roxy, his neighbour un-friend.sported a purple-harness-. Well, hence she was a sissy. (appeared to think Hobbs).

It's just another pet store. Like PetSmart it offers almost similar things, but smaller in size and didn't have what I needed. So I still ended up going to PetSmart for it ‍️.

Wonderful place! The manager is amazing! They had my dog food on sale and they only had large bags not the small bags. But she made it so i got the sale price! Amazing!

What is the purpose in having a fish sale, if the fish are all sick and cant be sold anyway? Clearly the past few years theyve dropped the ball on fish keeping. Its time to hang it up. Just stick to food and pet toys. Fishkeeping is proving to be too much for this store to handle. Its rather annoying. Its cool that you sell things like tinfoil barbs, silver dollars and swordtails, but what good is it if theyre all floating and dead?

Excellent place to bathe our dog. Drain is slow but still a good experience. Monthly stop shall return.

Bought 6 fish from the Warren/Niles location. Upon bringing them home, two had ich. Returned to the store and they blatantly said “yeah we have a problem with that. All the fish are always sick”. I treated the tank (whole population) a day later one died from being too sick. Now the fish are healthy! Yay. But no. Now two fish have problems with their eyes. One fish died from it already, and the other is now blind and on her death bed. Now half my population of fish have died in less than a months time from this place not properly caring for their fish. Other fish from another store are perfectly healthy and no issues. Will NEVER buy fish from these people again.

The prices are a bit better than their competition in the area and the animals they are selling look healthy and well taken care of.

Went for Black Friday half off fish sale only to find mostly empty tanks. This was at opening! 40 minute drive each way to find mostly guppies and gold fish!

Friendly staff, but not the biggest selection.some things I found overpriced and since I frequent this store I've noticed they are often out of crickets.

The only place we can buy are gog food so thanks and now I can bath my dogs there so no mess at home to cool
