I had a curbside order for pickup. They were quick and he helped me get this huge cat tree in the back seat of my car! I just love this store- everyone is always so happy to help - thanks guys

Great product options for many pets. I switched my always disappointed judgemental cat to grain free, it's expensive, and he's still a pushy ball of hate. The dogs also exist.

Friendly helpful people here. I had to take away a star or two because the prices are high (sometimes very high) compared to other stores. No real problems here, just high prices.

Pet Supplies Plus is THE best place to shop for you pet supplies, they beat all other pet supply companies by a mile! Why shop ANYWHERE else?

Very clean, staff can be iffy, some come off a little rude to me like they don't want to be bothered with questions that's why only 4 starts for me. Other than that I do prefer to go here for let supplies.

I'll never forget a couple years back when me and my girlfriend were looking at kittens during an adoption event, and when asked if we were allowed to hold one of the kittens, this 300 year old joyless fossil clicks her big gigantic dentures at us and snarkily says "Hmph, um, noooo.you can ADOPT a kitten. " O.kay, but it's probably best to let the potential adopters see if the animal reacts positively to them, first. You know, like every other place on the planet does? Told her off pretty good for her attitude. Sorry, ya get what ya give.

I'm sure this is as good of place as any to pick up a bag of dog food, but that event in particular has kept me away ever since. When I brought it up to the supervisor, it was laughed off and we were told "Yeah, so and so (I forget her name) is just like that. " Yeah, well, maybe she shouldn't be. I hear not being disrespectful works out pretty good, too.

I always get asked by numerous employees for help. I like that. They also have knowledgeable staff on the fish questions I have. I will be back.

Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Always stocked products when other stores don't have what I need. I love that I can donate foods at the register to animals in need.

Did a great job on my dogs nails. Grooming was pretty busy. Asked for pamphlet with grooming services and price breakdown. No one could supply one. Manager wanted to help but he couldn't supply answers or printed information on grooming.

They jad cat items needed. Both cashier and young long-haired associate were very helpful. They do not carry crystal cat liter.

Was at store today (6/28/21) looking for dog tooth brush& dental treats. I was helped by Grace who was very knowledgeable & helpful. She explained pros & cons of tooth brushing for dogs. Very helpful sales person, will definitely shop for future supplies there.

I got my puppy groomed here, it was first time so he was a little difficult to say the least. Gabby did an amazing job grooming him and working with him. Highly recommend Gabby as a groomer!

Was greeted promptly and the person working was polite and personable.
Store had what I needed and a coupon that I was able to use for my purchase which made it a great deal!

Glad to have a pet store that provides food that has helped my dog. The dog food I had purchased from other pet stores was not as good as the food I purchased from Pet Supplies Plus.

Sales staff was very helpful.asked if I found everything I was looking for.
Went on 5-5 to stock up because I had coupon but last few times I went same thing.hardly anything on shelves. I always buy Hills Science diet for my adult cat.but only had 2 varieties.not much there.very disappointing.

I am always able to get what I need/want in regards to pet needs at this store. Friendly associates make the shopping experience enjoyable. As a member of their frequent buyer's club, also get discounts and coupons that come in handy.

This is a great store. However, the manager Hunter needs to learn retail and how to handle simple situations. Incredible rude in Person and on the phone for their clear mistake.

Awesome staff, let me and my friend look at the animals/snake a bit closer even though we were just looking. Huge selection but the aisles made me claustrophobic a bit, but still nice!

Wanted to get my Saint Bernard groomed instead of doing a self bath. Online it said no services available when I loaded him as a dog. It wouldn’t let me schedule anything. Then called into the store and the voice mail for grooming services was full so I called back and talked to a team member. They couldn’t speak to why I couldn’t schedule anything and transferred me to a manager which was a voicemail that was full and I was hung up on. Guess I’ll go to a different location or groomer since this is the communication I can expect.
