I was very pleased with the customer service and employee knowledge of their products. I needed to change the dry dog food for our small breed dog for less calories. The staff person was able to guide me and get me to the right type. Thank you!

I had to wait while employees socialized. Its nice to be friendly, but no one should have to wait to check out for cashiers to chit chat.

First time at this location because grooming was booked out further at the Mentor location, but it was worth the little further drive because the customer service was amazing. Emily & Brooke were friendly and did an awesome job with grooming my 2 dogs. The manager was also helpful and friendly. Every employee I encountered in the store displayed the best costumer service I’ve seen in a while.

They will help you get what you bought loaded into your car. They have grooming there for your furbabies. I liked it there.

Absolutely amazing place to get your dogs nails trimmed, or even just to get supplies! They gave everything you can imagine.

My dog Lu Lu is very anxious when getting her nails trimmed, but the staff here is very kind and patient. Each time we come they are welcoming and are able to get the job done despite Lu’s timidness.

Well stocked and very clean store. High end pet products available as well as pets available for adoption. Marcus, the manager, goes out of his way to help you with any of your needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I was at that store to visit VIPVET and I asked the groomers if they had time to cut my dog's nail. They were kind and patient with my uncooperative dog. Well definitely be going back. Not sure if they well be happy to see my dog! I well be generous with the tip!

Pet supplies plus in Painesville today was exceptional for services and products.

We had a super time speaking and working with Marcus. He was not only professional but extremely friendly and best yet knowledgeable of many products. He and the other gentleman in the store helped us become more comfortable with our decision on flea and tick supplies.

I'd have to say this store ranks top in my book as one of the ultimate best around. Even though one might have found some food and treats less expensive elsewhere, you'll never beat the services rendered by Marcus.

I love this pet store it's convenient it's easy and they always have exactly what I need. I have the rewards program which is always a plus and easy to use.

Have been trying to get my dog into a groomer for months and everyone has been extremely full I tried Pet Supplies Plus grooming and they got him in within two weeks they were very nice and did an awesome job on my little guy I highly recommend them

The employee was so helpful. She helped me locate the dog food I was looking for. She carried it to the register. After I paid she carried the two bags of dog food to my car.

VIP pet clinic is amazing! Only thing I would recommend is calling before going up there, sometimes they can’t take every case because of equipment. For minor things, it is great though! Super friendly, gentle and efficient. Will go back!

They were out of the dog food I needed, but Emily called another store & had it delivered to the store the next day for pickup. Then when I picked it up, an associate carried it out to the car. What great customer service!

Not bad. They shouldn't sell live animals. The people who work here are inexperienced in that aspect. Product good, and they price match
