7I have received numerous bouquets from Petals of Love- they are always soo beautiful! There's so much thought put into the arrangements, unique &meaningful. The owner is so devoted to her work. I'm a huge fan! So grateful for all the times her flowers have brightened my day!

I placed an order online before they opened for business at 10AM on 07/07/2022 and was notified at 3: 15PM that they had cancelled my order and delivery with no explanation! I attempted to contact them several times and continued to get a recording asking to leave a message. My Wife did not receive her flowers for our anniversary and they did not notify me in enough time to make other arrangements. Update. 5: 30PM I received a return call stating that the cancelation was unavoidable due to an emergency. I understand that these things happen and hope that everything is OK with those involved, however. Not having a contingency for emergencies is still a cause for concern and even something as simple as updating your voice message would have made all the difference.

Teresa did an amazing job on flowers I was sending for a birthday! She's very friendly, affordable, and wonderful follow up! When I called she was driving and she called back when she said she would, she text me a picture of the arrangement, and text when she was ready to deliver!

Wow what an amazing experience! Craziest of stories, but I had to help a co-worker get birthday flowers and a cake to his girlfriend for her birthday while he was healing from a broken neck. I thought who am I going to find on a Sunday? !? And guess what, not only did she answer my calls on a Saturday night but she texted me and worked hard on this on a Sunday! Even went to Giant Eagle to grab the cake for me! The customer service was absolutely unparalleled! What a blessing and a beautiful bouquet all in the same day! Give her a chance and support this local business!
