I brought my bearded dragon and my two cats here. Very pleased with the level of professionalism and kindness the staff showed during our visits. Front desk staff is always willing to provide you an estimate prior to appointment. Dr. T has a wealth of knowledge about reptiles (especially beardies) and is always willing to take the time to answer any questions.

PetCare Animal Hospital has always been my boarder of choice for my hand-tamed 13-year-old budgie. They took good care of her and the staff are warm and attentive.

Recently, my budgie got sick very suddenly, so I took her to PetCare for treatment. They went above and beyond, and did everything they could to help her. I really appreciate the care they demonstrated for her although it is difficult to treat a very small pet. Unfortunately she passed away after we had brought her home, but she lived a very long and happy life, many more years than expected for this species. Thank you to Dr. Hill and staff for demonstrating such compassion for her and for me!

Miley took our mini assie back for the works. She is a super shy girl. They said she was great after awhile. Amazing work! Will be Our New Spa Day! Thank You All!

If a 0 was allowed in the reviews, I would’ve definitely given a 0. Please stay away from this place for grooming your dog. Sarah did a sanitary cleaning and she trimmed up my dog’s behind awfully bad! My dog’s behind was so irritated!

I called to complain and talk to the assistant manager who told me it was OK to trim up the behind the way they did. My vet, of course “a good vet” told me it was not OK to trimmed up to skin the way Sarah did.

I am never returning to this place and I am not recommending it.

Great experience all around! My young veiled chameleon was showing some symptoms of illness overnight and I left a message first thing in the morning before work, they called back immediately. Reagan helped me over the phone to print out the new client form to fill out as I was having a family member bring him. Dr. Theile consulted with me over the phone since I could not be there, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Veiled chameleons are such a fragile pet, I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get him in. Great practice!

When our turtle was sick and we were looking for a reptile vet, they got her in quickly. They answered my questions about her health/safety before we were able to bring her in, and they weren't crazy expensive. We now buy her special food here. It's actually cheaper than getting it directly from the manufacturer website.

Dr Theile is great! I started taking my lizard there because she does exotics and I liked her so much I started bringing my cats there, too.

I brought my redfoot tortoise in today to see Dr. Jean Gladis and she was AMAZING! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in in a very timely manner, and it was very affordable. I'll definitely be back and recommending this vet to friends!

We switched over to this animal care hospital a few years ago. We are very glad we switched from our previous Vet's office. The entire staff is amazing and very helpful. We couldn't be happier with the services our furry family has received.

I have been taking my pets to Dr Peter Hill and staff for 20 years. Dr Hill is very knowledgeable, kind to animals and attentive to our pets needs. His staff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate their support and I definitely recommend this vet for all your pets needs.

We recently visited the New pet care animal Hospital in Loveland, Dr. Hill & team were amazing, we highly recommend both locations, one in Loveland and the other is in Blue Ash on Blue Ash Road!
