Petco, Cincinnati OH

The young man that helped me was very helpful. I am a new cat mom and he introduced me to the cat gravies in pouches. He was full of great information. I can't remember his name but he had curly brownish hair and wore black glasses.

Took the dog there to be groomed this week, as our usual Petco was booked for two months.

Big mistake. Several nicks and not done as expected. We should have waited.

I actually dealt with VetCo. A discount shot program that goes through PetCo. I give it 4 stars because when you sign up it states first set of shots are $35 well that turned into $81. And I didn't get the flea and tick meds because that was over a $100. I feel it should be more straightforward on prices.

I would always choose petco over petsmart or other stores because they have a larger variety of items as well as more knowledge than most other pet stores.

I love walking into Petco! The store is well organized and pleasant to the eye. I am very pleased with the selection, especially the unique products that I haven't found at any other store, and the prices. Every employee I have encountered has been knowledgeable and eager to help. Overall a great store that I am happy to refer to others. Thank you Petco.

Waited 20 minutes for assistance on some aquarium plants between 4 associates. I kept getting bumped by the associates helping other people on their dogs for sell.

VERY unhelpful staff - did not know anything about the products I asked for help with. I can read a label myself which is all the staff would do.

I was very pleased with the girl who rang me out at the register. She was also very informative regarding all of the fish questions I had. The older gentlemen was somewhat dismissive, I think to being overwhelmed and short staffed. Overall pleasant visit and I will be returning in the future.

Better than any other pet store I ever been to. Store was clean, the fish weren't overcrowded, and the animals looked well taken care of.

Went there looking for fish. Over half the fish they had in in the tanks were not for sale. "u der observation"

I have a Petco in my area, Franklin Ohio 45005 and I'm sorry but it sucks! It's small, and on top of that, it caters to mostly dog's and cats. I'm a fish keeper, so I either have to shop online or drive 20 minutes to Petsmart in West Chester or Dayton Ohio. The Petco in my area has an extremely small fish selection, the Black Neon Tetras I rescued, I won't say bought because they would have died. They were covered in snout to fin ich! The Petco I visited the other day was huge! With fresh and saltwater fish, isles and isles of fish and aquariums and every kind of product you could want. I was extremely pleased. But that store is very far from me.

The men and women working in the store were friendly and helpful! The store was well organized and sales were fantastic! I bought many toys that my three dogs have been playing with and love. This is one of my favorite stores to find goodies for my pups.

They were so excellent and carried the giant tank to my car. Then I went back and the girl was so helpful when I was buying my hamster and gave great advice! Love Petco!

Everything was ready in a timely manner and there was no problems at all with the pickup, plus I love the reusable bag!
