Petco, Elyria OH

There was a customer service rep there for the dog food that I purchased for our dog. The name of the dog food is blue wilderness. I had to purchase the food he gave us a $5 discount coupon no matter what size we purchased. He also gave us two coupons for treats to be able to purchase anytime for the month of July. Now for the staff of Petco the girl at the register was very friendly asked if I needed anything else and really did not have any other contact with any other representative from Petco.

Great variety and great prices. The staff however do not have the slightest clue about what a "medical exemption" from a mask is. I do not plan on returning.

Understafed or at least you can't get help in the fish depth.am on weekends. Online prices are way lower than in store prices.

Its got quite a bit but not a lot at the same time. If that makes sense. There isn't a whole lot I can get there to use for my grooming business but that's expected because it's a pet store. But they also don't have much for my new tiny chihuahua puppy. I was hoping to have her size toys, treats and sweaters but they really don't have anything small enough. They did have a lot though food wise and some other things so it works.

Nice staff, clean store okay prices, they offer different services for your pets my dog likes the cleaning and cutting services and the staff really works well with my little nerves ball of fur.

I like going there. I buy my dog's kibbles there. The people are very friendly and I love the animals that come in. The only complaint I have is that I have signed up twice to get on their little rewards program and it didnt take twice. That's enough for me. It was frustrating so when they ask I just say no thanks. It's not like I'm in there even weekly. I still like it though.

Amanda in grooming is the reason I go to Petco! She is great with my dog Penelope and she is a huge asset to your company! Always smiling and she truly cares!

Is closed they always have what we need and the prices are competitive the help is more than ready to answer any of your questions

The ladies in the grooming department were wonderful. First groomer that my dog let cut her nails.will definitely be coming back!

We go here for everything for our 2 cats, we refill our litter containers here, get all their organic treats and food here, insane selection for food and treats. Our cats love everything we bring home from there. On top of all that they have lately been having cats up for adoption, people are always coming in and adopting them, its great.

Amanda grooms and cares for our dog as much as we do. She does a great job with her nails. Also she had concerns for our dog too and recommended some products for her. Customer Service workers have always been pleasant except for one lady who helped us with purchasing fish.

Friendly staff, clean store. Try to avoid the adoptable kittens by the front door, you will be tempted to take them home.

The store is very clean. The associates there are very helpful and friendly. I also like the wide selection of products.

I took my dog here for our first grooming session and nail trim. Check-in was nice and the workers were friendly. We explained our concerns with our pup that we adopted from a rescue. They assured us that they would let her set the pace and update us halfway through the session. Sure enough I received a text update from them, which help decrease most of my worry. Overall it was a great experience and will be going back.

My boyfriend took my small dog to get her face, ears and sanitary area trimmed along with her nails cut.when he picked her up and brought her to me I couldn't believe that they actually did anything to my dog she looked exactly the same as before he brought her in. I paid $40 for them to "trim her nails, cut and trim the paw pads and cut by her eyes and supposedly cut by sanitary area". I'm not sure if they were working on the same dog or what but they didn't do anything except her nails.and might I add no bath either in this expensive package.this is the biggest RIP off i would rather drive 1 hour to a dog groomer than take her here again. I am pist I just wasted money like that

There are some good products, but their bettas are in cups where a good handful are often carrying diseases, some of them deadly. The advertised care and cages are also terrible, for their bettas, hamsters, etc. They should also educate their staff better on proper care of these animals to avoid misinformation to potential pet owners.

Always attentive and all my adoptions are the fur baby, or reptile love of my lives. Love going here. If I have a bad day, I come here, works everytime to lift my mood! Great place, great animals and great products!

One stop shop for all your fish and 4 legged babies needs! Friendly and knowledgeable workers that are always willing to help and the groomers are fantastic, too! Best pet store in the area!

Okay, I need to tell you that I made my purchase at your store due to sales price-which was Awesome-because I needed the item for a Craft project, not a pet. But if I ever need more of this item, I will definitely shop here again.

Bought a bag of my dogs food here (instinct raw chicken recipe), just to get home and see it’s been expired for almost a YEAR. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on as if I fed that to him he would have gotten very sick. Irresponsible.
