13A bit disorganized, but once I actually got someone to come cash me out, it went well enough. Certainly had a variety of products, even if it was scattered about a bit
I went in last week to get some stuff for a leopard gecko and was helped by a girl with a beanie and ripped pants, but it didn’t feel like she was helping me at all, she sounded condescending the entire time and it really felt like she was acting as if everything I had picked out what completely wrong. I told her I didn’t have enough for the tank she wanted me to get and told her it was a very young baby and still she was so rude about it. I’ve been helped by other people like andy and trinity and they’ve always been so helpful and suggestive, I don’t know how there can be such a difference.
Took my dog here for a cut. When arrived they were friendly as always when I go. I go to the grooming area and they advised me that a cut is not usually done on my breed and suggested a bath and brush and teeth and nail. The bath and brush was 30 the teeth and nails were 10 equaling a total of 40. When I go to pick her up I was told she did very well. However when I went to pay it ended up being over 90 dollars.i get my dog is a large dog so if because of that it's going to be more then make sure you quote the correct price. For this reason I will most likely not be back. As far as them being friendly and all that I give them a 5 star
Love this petco. Employees are awesome and vary helpful. They keep store clean prices are average. Great place to shop for your fur babys.
Needed an extension on my reward monies as you didn't have my dog food in stock and I got it.
My dog hair wasn’t cut the way we asked and when i picked my dog up the groomer said next time bring a picture! So I decided to reach out to customer service they had the general manager call back and she was just as rude and commented I shouldn’t return! Extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation and how I was talked to I wouldn’t dare spent another penny there if that’s how they treat paying customers! They need to realize it’s because of customers they have a job! If they talked to me that way I could imagine how they treat your pet! Customers beware. I’ve been going to Petco for years and never complained about anything.
I always go here to get a feeder mice for my ball python. We have never had a problem and staff is always helpful and kind.
Not what you expect from a chain pet store- they truly care and put in the extra effort! As an aquarium hobbyist, I can say most stores treat fish as cheap and expendable, but this Petco treats them as well as any specialty store I’ve ever seen. Lots of information available as to different fish requirements, and a surprisingly good selection too. Clean tanks, decent plants, and healthy fish. Very grateful to see this, and will happily return here in the future for my aquarium needs!
Petco doesn't actually train any of their "fish experts" because of this for months at a time I was receiving fish with chlorine and ammonia poisoning. I fish with a 5 year life span didn't even live for 1 full year. This is ridiculous and if I didn't know better this could have ruined the hobby for me as with many other people. Tired of chain establishments ruling everything they obviously don't care about anything but the dollar signs
Love everybody here, very nice and you can tell they actually care. Also love to see a normal bathroom not separated! Love to shop at petco but this made me even more happy to come
Terrible place to have a clinic. They don't know how to do a wellness check that I scheduled for. They only tried to con and hustle me into buying their medicine and told me my dog needed a procedure that only her and one other doctor in the state knows how to do.
Kayla was amazing with my doodle. 10/10. Even gave feedback, and was nice even though he was in bad shape. I travel for work and when I can, travel w my dogs. So my doodle missed his grooming appt and we couldn't get in for a month. I looked around for other options, found a new place (appt got cancelled) so he was super overdue. We usually go to Petsmarts but now due to Kayla, we're converted.
