18Dubs pet store literally let you play with the cats and they got good prices too.i got 2 of my cats from this place and their cool. Also you can see dog get trimmed that’s pretty interesting. They got fish too a lot of fish and some hamsters i think and like 2 turtles but this is all from memory so they definitely got more.this picture was taken outside of petco on 8/23/23
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! YOU CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. MY DOG HAS LEAKY GUT SYNDROME AND NEEDED THAT FOOD. I WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN! YOU HAVE LOST A FANTASTIC CUSTOMER!
My overall experience was positive as the cashier and manager were great, but there was a problematic employee who treated my 12-year-old son and me poorly. My son, usually respectful, was traumatized by her rude response when he sought help. Even though she assisted others kindly, she refused to help us, making me cry due to her demeanor and expressions mirroring my son's words.
Prices can be higher than competitors, but coupons and online deals can be beneficial. Always double check before buying. In store selection can also be somewhat limited.
The selection was decent. Didn't have matching dog collars in s, m, l. Charging 10 cents for a plastic bag is ridiculous.
The clerk was very unprofessional and very unkind. She acted like I needed to have a membership to be there. Then she proceeded to ask for my phone number after I said I did not have a membership. She was basically trying to make up my mind for me. I told her it was very invasive and she seemed unfazed.
Was only here to get vaccine for my pet, vet was pushy and added deworm to my bill when I said no. Wasted so much time waiting here to correct my bill
Petco is one of my favorite places! They're always so informative about anything I have questions about! They check me out fast and give me recommendations all the time on better or equal products to the ones I'm buying currently. They always have a great selection of budgies to choose from and they sometimes have some very cute cats on display!
We just adopted our sweet kitty here, and the process was smooth and easy. Everyone was kind and helpful, and I appreciated the employees taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
Took my boy for his rabies vaccine, staff was very efficient and he barely had time to flinch & it was done. Price was affordable.
Very nice staff. Store is clean and products easy to find. Beautiful kittens available for their furrever homes.

Very disappointed with the Vetco location at this store. We brought our dog in this a.m. And it was a horrible experience. It was very unorganized, the vet was rude, and they manhandled my dog for a test I didn't even want to begin with. They were unsuccessful getting the blood draw after poking him 3 times. I had to ask them to stop from the other side of the glass, because, for some reason, I wasn't allowed in with him during his exam, despite everyone before me going in with their pets. Not a good place.
I’m really tired of having to police my purchase prices. I would rather have the person who is working the register charge me the correct amount. This is a problem EVERY TIME I SHOP.
The store looks wonderful and has a wide variety of stuff for pets. I was impressed with the reptile section for such a small store. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience picking up an order and the corresponding interactions with staff. I hate to put negativity out there, but just pretending to care for 2 minutes while we interact isn't outlandish to me.

I've visited again and had a much better experience. Staffing seemed more appropriate and all the interactions I had were friendly and helpful. I'm leaving my previous review up for transparency.
I come back in there maybe once a month, every time the employees are either not knowledgeable about a product or they’re super unfriendly! It’s always an unpleasant experience. Now you’re charging. 10 for a bag? I came in for 6 cans of dog food and was asked if I needed a bag, REALLY? Yea it would be helpful. I don’t know if I will continue to shop there to be honest.
We adopted a cat there. He seemed to be well cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful.
