Petco, Cincinnati OH

I made an appointment for my 2 huskies that took about a mouth to get the appointment. I arrive and for them to tell me me “There a lot of work”! In a rude matter. And being rude to me and my huskies! Then they keep making excuses for them not to groom them! I was very disappointed in there lack of service! I don’t recommend them at all!

The store is always clean and stocked. I know what I need, I run in and get it and check out quickly. I have discounts on my perk card. An easy experience.

Everything about the store is just perfect to me from the cleanliness to the employees. It's the only pet store I shop at.

Variety of cat food and customer service excellent all just great but Elysa (dont know spelling is correct, shes at winton rd store.

Very clean store, helpful workers who all wore masks. I won't shop in a store if the employees don't wear masks.

I love this store. On a scale from 1-10 they get a 10+. I'm always treated with respect and smiles. And they treat your it's theirs.

We have pet dogs, birds in cages, an aquarium, a fish pond and outside bird feeders. Petco is nearby and they seem to have everything need.

Was a great store they have everything you need for your pets and the store was completely organized

Kane was so kind and patient with us during our visit to his store. He spent time with us while we held many different animals and never made us feel like he had better things to do. Thanks so much Kane for your time and patience, you rock! We will be back to see you soon!

For the area there's not much of a decent pet store around, this store is excellent. The staff is very engaging and cordial, very knowledgeable and respectful. I constantly take my furry friend strictly to this location to get her nails done and get her treats and such.

Most expensive pet store anywhere! Staff is fine, I only shop here for the refillable cat litter, because everything else is OVERPRICED. Some items are 50% more expensive than any other store and when staff are asked why things are so overpriced, they just say, "I know, things are really expensive". Shop around, you'll be shocked at how much they charge.

PETCO in Finneytown is the best to go for cat supplies
It is the only place in the area to go if you buy cat litter in 40 lb bags and Purina One Kibble in 16 and 26 lb bags

We went to check on prices for pet grooming.we was treated like family. I would recommend this place to everyone I know that has a pet.

Everything your pets could need with great customer service and knowledgeable staff. All questions answered and they were so polite and helpful.

Prices are typical for a pet store. I think most things are overpriced but that doesn't mean i dislike the place. I love that they have litter you can buy in bulk, you save when you recycle.

Great selection of plants.overall experience was good however I called asked if they had female baby bettas they said they had 8. I asked for them to be held as we are 45 mins away and had been in search for baby girls for a long while. Unfortunately we got there and only 1 was left. However I did leave with so many aquarium plants

Came in to purchase a 10 gallon for a betta fish and an employee tried to sell us a fish bowl.
Guy at the checkout didn't know what he was doing and was sure to tell us that he didn't know what he was doing.
The filter and heater we purchased stopped working within 24 hours.

Very nice store, great staff and a very wide selection of healthy food for my cats that you can't get at some of the other companies.

GREAT experience getting my dog groomed here at the Petco in Brentwood Plaza. Lauren did a wonderful job with my dog. She, and the other girls, were very professional and caring with him. He can be a handful sometimes but Lauren was very patient and now she's one of his favorite people! Not to mention she did a great job with the grooming! Thanks!
