Petco Grooming, Elyria OH

I have never had a groomer who puts your animal first like Dee does in Elyria I just hope she never leaves!

My dogs were absolutely pampered and our stylist was fantastic! When I picked them up they smelled like Yellow Cake - I spent the rest of the day smelling them and trying to resist chewing on them a little bit!

Alyssa R.did an awesome job. From talking to us about Zoe and what we expected, to settling her down, to doing the cut.very very pleased! This was our first time here, and Zoe was very very excited, so I wasn't sure how it would go. She also isn't very socialized, so she was barking like crazy at other dogs, but Alyssa R managed to get her under control and her cut turned out great! Excellent job! We will be back.

Amanda is fantastic with our two stubborn Bassets, Zeke and Finneas. We come back every month just to see her, and we highly recommend you to all other pet owners!

Ramona listened to my preferences for grooming my pet, and I was pleased with the grooming results.

Our dog loves coming to get groomed by Amanda. That says alot when your pet looks forward to her grooming time. Amanda is professional and always go the extra mile.

Groomer had much care and empathy for Our Honey Beagle and made sure her anxiety was kept to a minimum.

The staff in the grooming department has always been pleasant and caring when taking our pets. With both being rescues and having two completely different personalities, they know how to adapt to the animal they have in front of them. When I dropped Enzo off, he was scared and shaking, like he normally is when I leave him anywhere. But the groomer was so sweet and gentle taking him back, that I had no worries. When I picked him up less than 2 hours later, he looked like a brand new boy! I LOVE Petco grooming and recommend them to all.my family and friends! 10/10

The groomer did a great job. She said my dog was nervous and would just hang her head so she took her time with Muffy and gave her breaks so she would be calm. The breaks made her visit longer than expected but the groomer made my dogs well being a priority. I hope my husband tipped her well.

Ramona did an excellent job. She was patient with my excited dog and knew exactly how to handle her. She gave great advice for me as a first time dog owner that helped me out a lot. It was a warm experience overall.

My puppy looked amazing. The two girls that were working did a great job. Very nice and helpful.

Our groomer, Ramona, took the time to inform us regarding our dog's experience while grooming him. She went above and beyond to put him at easy with his first grooming experience and we will definitely make our next appointment with her.

Dee is a very conscientious groomer. She is patient, takes her time and does a good job. Our dog, Luna, is a rescue from another country and has trust issues. She loves your groomers.

The girls always take care of my Bruce. He's never stressed out when I drop him of and I never have concerns from his behavior when I pick him up, he seems to enjoy it ;)

They did a wonderful job trimming my pup's nails. We got him last year during Covid and he is afraid of strangers and masks due to quarantine. They did so well patiently earning his trust then did a FANTASTIC job on his nails. It's worth paying the extra for the buff

The groomer was very nice and had my dog finished in under 2 hours. She did a great job on her.
