My dogs haircut looks like I could have done it with my own clippers at home. There was no style to it at all. Just all buzzed off!

I will never pay $45 just for my dog to get shampooed and his head cut

Made appointment and confirmed. Drove 45 mins to facility. Upon check was told they would not cut dog due to age. Nothing on site stating this. Questionaire even ask for dogs DOB. Staff was not really friendly. Would give zero stars if I could.
