Peterbilt of Cincinnati reviews
20 Went to TLG Cincinnati to buy a truck and Chris English went the extra mile for us, even stayed past 8pm at night! On a friday! Great guy, easy to talk to, works with your needs, doesn't push trucks on you and you can tell him ANYTHING, he will help you out!
Thanks Chris, hope to keep getting all of our equipment from you.
Excellent staff very professional and friendly ask for Chris English always working hard to get what you want
Wasted 2 days of our time, showed us filthy trucks and acted irritated that we were even there. Took our money and ran elsewhere.
Not happy at all with the shop or their service, I understand that everyone has different experience. I dropped a truck on Thursday. Before I get there called and asked how soon they get into my truck. One of the customer service told me I can bring it so they can look at it by 11pm that day, Friday called 3x, Saturday once, Monday still waiting to get the estimate to start working on it.
The staff are really great, the techs did a good job of diagnosing my complaint and getting me fixed in a timely manner.
Customer service was fair I think maybe they need a little help more mechanic available on Saturdays should stay open till 5 pm-1 pm does not give anybody any time to fix anything from 8 to 1.why should you be open on Saturday just to tell people that you can't do any work until Wednesday or Thursday.
Oh, just the usual.drive in to get an oil change, and leave 8 hrs later after paying a few thousand dollars for other repairs that they find that I need! That's why I avoid seeing a Doctor!
Good customer service. Had minor problem Friday before Christmas and they got me going so I could get home for holiday. Very grateful.
Parts department was very unfriendly and acted like they didn't want to sell me the part I purchased
Top shelf truck service and repair facility. Despite some difficulties they nailed down my problem and got me fixed in a timely fashion.
Amazing service had an emergency right before they close they got me service was fast and friendly 5
We are back 2nd time to pick up our truck only to find out it's still not fixed. At least this time we were not broke down on 75 for 45 minutes, 5 minutes from the shop. Our sales man was nice, but i certainly don't recommend purchasing a truck here or trying to get any thing fixed here!
After an extremely rough start I can't say enough about the owner and staff to actively work to rectify the issues. Thank you for turning this around.
Would do business with you again. Thanks
A past client of ours purchased a 2006 Volvo 630 back in 2014 and the truck has been good. It's still on the road and it's never had any major repairs or an overhaul done yet. Their sales guy Joseph M.was very professional, courteous and worked efficiently. They have a pretty decent selection of trucks. I would recommend this place to any trucker in need of a big rig.
Had me in and out as quick as they could. Helpful. Nice coffee, comfortable sofa in truckers lounge.
They did a great job! Went out of the way to get a part for me so i didn't have to wait a extra day in the hotel!
Friendly place but you want the day shift to do major work. The night shift is not very mechanically inclined
But this shop will honor and Warrenty there work.and there service staff is very friendly
Based out of Cincinnati, so my company uses them. My truck spent 17 days in the shop for a clutch adjustment and a new synchronizer. 250 miles after picking it up, complete transmission failure. Company got me a loaner truck. It needed new batteries. So 6 days into the loaner i get them replaced. 450 miles later, truck has electrical failure. Not sure what goes on here.
Honestly I bought a 2009 peter built only had it on the road 3 days and it broke down called the dealer ship joe told me more less to bad that the truck broke down so if this is how they do business the ppl need to know think before you buy from this dealer ship
Hi, i bring my truck 2015 piterbelt and they changed Nox censer and they truck raedy and i start truck oil gage 0 and i told need to fix they told need to open motor and fix now they shoving to mi $45000 bil and taking 3 weaks now i bring truck drivibl now i need to rowing
Shop takes entirely to long for repairs. Had my truck a 579 with less than 100,000 miles for 4 weeks to repair 3 ujoints and a yoke. Fixed under warranty but still couldn't assign a cause to it. Now the front rear end seal is leaking terribly and appears to be a new one they just replaced. I'm worried how long I'll loose it this time. It seems a normal 1 day repair equates to 1 week.
