We replaced two faucets. The service person arrived much later than promised. He was professional and cooperative but the faucets we bought he had never seen before, so he needed to read the installation manual.

Warren came out to inspect a leak under our kitchen sink. He was the 3rd plumber we had come to fix. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend them

These guys were amazing. I had an appointment to get my water closet (toilet) fixed, he was going to install a new seal. After removing the toilet he saw that we had water damage. He called his boss and got their carpenter pulled from another job to get me up and running, as this wAs my only weekday off. Got the carpenter on the job while the plumber worked on our daughters bathroom toilet and our shower was also leaking. Can't say enough about the business and the staff. Highly recommend Peterman Plumbing

The 2 young men who came out to look at my water heater were nice enough and respectful but the lady who answers the phone was was extremely rude, arrogant with absolutely NO concern about my problem. Don't remember her name but she was very unprofessional

Guys that came did a good job however the lady answering the phone was so absolutely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend due to such poor treatment.

Their plumbers are fantastic and their work is even better. The plumbers are defenitly invested in their clients and so make me want to use them for every plumbing need.

Our sewer line backed up on a Sunday night. I called Peterman Plumbing and spoke with a technician who said they would be out the next day, which they were. Five hours and $795 dollars later, we were told the problem was at the street and they would need to contact the town and utility companies and hoped to be back on Wednesday. Heard nothing from them on Wednesday so we called the town who had not been contacted by Peterman Plumbing. We called the PUCO on Thursday and were told they had not been contacted by Peterman either. We called Peterman on Wednesday and Thursday and each time the person we needed to speak with was out of the office, would be back within the hour and would return our call which he never did. After four days of not being able to use our water and our house smelling like sewage, we called Roto Rooter on Thursday evening and they sent out a technician that evening and he had the line cleared in an hour and for half the cost. I have always tried to support local businesses, but Peterman was unprofessional and simply put, the worst.

The technicians were prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They were quick to assess the situation, explain the problem with my hot water tank, and install the replacement parts. The cost of the service call and replacement parts were reasonable.

Brady and Jeremy, Peterman service techs were prompt, thorough, and honest. I wish everyone had the work ethic of these guys. Great job!
