This bus service is the most unprofessional disrespectful bus service ever. There has been many reported incidents of a bus driver name Erica with being she’s cussing at the kids which these kids are ages 4-12. She’s very unprofessional and when you call they dont do anything about it. I will be contacting the bbb and reporting every single incident that has happened with my children. They need a whole new system with they drivers. There’s no way I should have to worry about my kid/kids or any kid being mistreated by a grown adult who’s job is to get these kids home. If you can sit and curse at kids yell at them (which she’s been seen on camera doing nothing was done). You are not to be trusted. I don’t trust you around mines at all… Peterman do better with the service you provide.

The never answer the phone…. My son rode a different bus home she pulls in front of my house. I’m confused because it wasn’t his bus. She proceeded to turn her lights off tell witch I know now was my son to sit down.drives a block down the road and drops my son off ……

I wish I could rate them a NEGATIVE 10 STARS. I reviewed 4 years ago on how horrible they are now four years later they have been over 1 hour and a half late the past few morning and u never know when they are gonna show up so my daughter has missed 2 days of school during the state testing. At this point it's just as much the schools fault for hiring this trash busing company if u can call it that. DO NOT USE OR HIRE
